Carelift Services LTD Opiniones

From the outset with my first phonecall, through Liam’s very informative survey visit to today’s installation by the excellent Jamie, I cannot fault CareLift. No hard sell, in fact a reconditioned stairlift at a very reasonable price was recommended. Installation was efficient and clean, everything was explained thoroughly.
Thank you

I received excellent service from Care Lift Services from start to finish. Lesley in the office was more than helpful, and Chris did a fantastic job on our stair lift.

Excellent service from Carelift services Ltd on New Year’s Day my stairlift ( purchased and installed by Carelift) broke down I was overjoyed that an engineer could come out as my stairlift was blocking the stairs - Jamie came out and did a fantastic job and got me on the go very soon
Highly recommend this company for your stairlift needs

5 star treatment from calls in the office to james the engineer. all ways so prompt, nothing too much trouble. recomemend first port of call for anyone who needs a help getting up the stairs

Called and received a same day engineer visit who went out of his way to get out stair lift working again, excellent service along with polite and friendly office staff

Carelift Services were friendly, helpful & offered money for my fathers chair lift which was bought new, less than 2 years old and barely used for the last year.
The company that installed it, offered nothing for it, but were willing to take it away! James from Carelift, dismantled the chair lift, arrived on time as agreed and was quick, efficient & polite. I would recommend Carelift.

Great service, communication and price! We moved into a house with a stair lift already fitted. We needed it removed asap as new carpets being fitted. We contacted the team on Saturday and Liam was with us Monday morning. All done super quickly and efficiently! Brilliant service, thanks again!

I had a lift fitted last week. The service was excellent. I had a great first meeting with Liam and then it was fitted at my convenience by James and Paul. They were efficient, tidy and courteous. A great job. I can highly recommend Carelift.

Good service by Carelifts Services. Liam was very helpful in giving us guidance on the different types of chairlifts. Did not rush us or pressure us into placing an order. The chairlift was installed by Jamie - very polite, efficient and professional. Very pleased with the service.

Excellent servicing and very helpful engineer. Thank you

Super efficient service. Cannot fault the service from this company

A great company to deal with. Good value and products. Minor problem sorted by Jamie under warranty. Would highly recommend

We received valued and excellent advice from Carelift Services from the time my Son-In-Law made first contact to the time of installation and payment.
The visit by Chris, who provided easy to follow advice on the type of appliance that would help us, to the professional installation by Paul who left our home free of debris and provided a complete overview of how our new chairlift operated we can only offer our sincerest thanks to all concerned.
We would highly recommend this company for help by any person requiring aid in their home.

No hard sell, Paul knew what he was talking about and fixed my stairlift issue instantly

James was great.. kind patient and very professional.
He was extremely tidy in his work and explained things clearly.
The costs were very reasonable as well.

My chair lift stopped working so I rang Lesley at Carelift who always answers the phone so friendly and helpful. Although I was going to have to wait a day or so for an engineer she said if she could she would get me one sooner, and she did the engineer arrived promptly replaced the batteries and was gone in no time. Excellent service as usual.
