Carelift Services LTD Opiniones

Excellent service
Great price
Installed very quickly and quietly by James (engineer)

Carelift Services engineers are always polite and courteous, tidy up after themselves and are understanding of the needs of the client. This time it was a routine service, booked at a convenient time for me. In the past they have responded quickly to a lift breakdown, coming out in the evening to get it fixed.

The CareLift team are great. Reliable, professional, friendly and committed to providing a quality service

Carelift Services always very polite whenever I phone them. Always try to get an engineer out quickly. Engineers are polite and execute the work involved fast and efficiently. Prices are very good.

Arrived on time. Very courteous and friendly.

What a great service; prompt, friendly, value for money...will definitely use again.

Chris called beforehand to confirm the visit time. He quickly and efficiently completed the service and repair after giving me options and costs. He was very polite and respected our home at all times. I would be very happy to recommend him and his company and will certainly use them again.

It's always a pleasure having Chris come to service the stairlift. He's polite, efficient and happy to answer any questions I may have.

James the engineer was prompt and explained the issue in detail before fixing, with advice on how to avoid potential issues. would recommend anyone to use this company.

I needed an out of action stairlift serviced in a very limited timeframe and both Lesley in the office and James the engineer were great. The stairlift was sorted out swiftly. James was polite, helpful and informative and the price was reasonable.

Very professional service . Arrived on time and very efficient and friendly.

Carelift.co.uk was Recommended to me by the manufacturer of the stair lift Handicare. Having contacting them to arrange a service visit for the 9th February 2026 8-30 am. The engineer (James) arrived on time in a clean vehicle clearly marked with the Company Name. Jame's introduced himself and removed his boots prior to entering my home. He performed the task in a tidy and prompt manner. I will use the company again and recommend them to friends & family.

Dear Hanna & Liam,

We just wanted to say thank you for getting the lift installed at my parents’ house, I had felt despair when having other companies visit and quote, using the old school sales tactics of ‘ ill discount if you pay deposit today’ or ‘pulling magic discount vouchers out if I buy the product in a week’. We received none of those stupid pressure tactics from Care lift Services Ltd, all communication and visits from your team have been excellent. Your install teams were brilliant, and we are extremely happy with your product which was also much more competitive in pricing than the other brands. Very relieved we chose you, Thanks again.

Completed a service and repair in a timely manner - i originally called Acorn Stairlifts who never came to the appointment that was scheduled. Would recommend quick response and completed works no problem.

From my initial contact with Carelift services I have been extremely pleased. I had not been a customer previously yet everything was done to make it easy for me. The engineer Chris who came was pleasant competent and efficient. While still being able to have a conversation with me. It’s very refreshing to find a new (to me) firm that I can feel reassured with.

Caring politeness and prompt

First class service. Liam the engineer was so helpful and supportive. He resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company for quality purchase and service.

I needed a disability hoist urgently following the rapid decline of my father's health. I received a sympathetic and helpful response from Lesley and was able to collect the hoist on the same day saving us a world of pain. The flexibility of the hire was just what we needed. After returning it the deposit was repaid into my account promptly. Faced with the same situation I would be very happy to use them again.

Easy to book a service met Paul for the first time pleasant friendly chap clean and tidy worker good to know at least two engineers live reasonably close by
