My first purchase from this business. I ordered two water tanks for my cpap machine but only one was sent. I contacted them the day the order arrived, they appologised for the error and immediately sent out the missing item.

The sign of a good business is how they handle an error when it occurs not when everything is going just peachy and in that respect I can't fault them.

Avoid this shop at all costs.

Ordered a specific and somewhat expensive CPAP travel machine which I needed urgently. Without checking with me they instead dispatched some cheap Chinese alternative. I didn't know until it actually arrived.

When I asked what the machine was they tried to claim it was an "Upgrade" - I checked with some trusted knowledgeable sources and they assured me the machine was junk.

Speaking to them via e-mail is impossible, the "admin" person answers in as few words as possible and essentially said "Send it back" - no other info, no address, no RMA, no offer to arrange for postage.

So at my cost I go and buy return postage and send the machine back. It took a long time for them o confirm they'd even pay for it, but given it was their mistake you'd at least expect them to arrange a courier for you.

Around two weeks later I finally get some of my money back - after having to find more money to buy a machine from a reputable supplier.

I say some of my money because they did send the postage money back via PayPal, but to the wrong e-mail address, so the money is now stuck in limbo and I'm still out of pocket, my only mistake being picking these guys.

Interestingly one of the people from this company also "stalked" me on LinkedIn, I noticed they'd been looking at my profile - really creepy and very strange behaviour.

i needed an oxygen concentrator for my father. Amazon were quoting 4 weeks delivery. CPAP store dispatched the machine immediately. Excellent piece of kit at a good price

AVOID SELLING POSSIBLE FAKE PRODUCTS!! After getting in touch with resmed direct, they confirmed that cpapstorelondon isn't a authorised retailer of there's. Also said they cannot verify the n30i mask I bought from the company and maybe fake due to band across head saying not for resale and not having the fabric cheek protectors it's should. Very disappointed will never make the mistake of dealing with this company again.

On time effective and as good as similar masks on the cpap market

Easy to order. Even though purchased near Christmas, delivery time was good. The product I chose was a nasal mask for £19 in the sale. I purchased it because the mask given to me by NHS Scotland, despite being small, is too large. The product is ok for the money, but not as comfortable around the nose. It digs into my skin a bit and might get very uncomfortable.

Fast delivery and great product selection. Very easy to use website and great process.

Goods not received and email to the company querying this was ignored. Ordered on the 18/12 with courier delivery within 1-2 days promised. Recieved a tracking number for DHL but parcel was never received by them

Where is my order, still not received, disappointed
and let down.

Showed up and it was closed. No email telling me he was going to take two days off! I still haven’t picked up my stuff cause I had it planned when it was closed!

paid for fast delivery as it is a life threatening condition and a week later i have nothing dhl cant be bothered to deliver this side of xmas. shockingly bad service never use you again and will recommend others dont use use as i run a sleep apnea online support group for coping strategies and speak to hundreds of sufferers regularly.awful disregard for the customer.

Haven't received the item yet due to very poor service by DHL I've had notifications that the item is being delivered on two consecutive days now and just had another postponing delivery this evening
