I called in as I was confused about my account and what I could see in terms of my usage and invoices. Cerease was so calm, kind and knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly that all my confusion and questions were answered in a few minutes. Gemma was exceptionally helpful, supportive, and professional throughout. We have now exchanged and are due to complete on 12 June, which is also our moving date. We have been reassured by Gemma that our account will be finalised at completion and that no further action is required from us. We will receive the closing email and final bill on 15 June. I had an issue with my billing and then an encounter with costumer service
I had an encounter with customer service after my energy bill was messed up by internal changes in the accounts at data energy.
I spoke to Cerease. She was great. Solved the issue in 10 minutes.
I was not impressed that my account codings were changed and that ended up in payments being messed up.
But customer service by Cerease was great. Thank you.

I had some confusion regarding my bill so I phoned customer service and spoke to Cerease. She was very helpful, explained everything and helped me make the payment.
Even to reach through on the phone, it was only a short wait in the queue.
