Ordered a bouquet for a friend as a birthday gift. When delivered the roses in the bouquet were wilted and of poor quality. Emailed them with pics to show the quality but they failed to acknowledge they were at fault. Never ordering from them again

Awful, flowers died within a couple of days. Customer service non existent. Avoid!

Died after 1 day. It will not show 1 star ratings in the website. I reached out to them with pictures of the dead flowers for them to respond we can’t do anything for you. Do not order flowers from this site

Avoid like the plague do not deliver next day and send automated response when you contact them. Contact Trading Standards they are liars.

Ordered flowers for my wife 24 roses and a card the 23 flowers turned up 1 was already dead and the card is the worse I have ever seen .anniversary present tried to call the company no reply absolutely dreadful service definitely would not recommend

I have not seen the flowers I ordered as they were a gift posted directly to a friend, however the recipient was so pleased with them. She said they were beautiful colours and were one of the best looking bouquets she had received.

I was searching for a sympathy bouquet but lots were coming in over £50!! Until I found Delightful Flora.
They had a range to choose from and were great value for money.. it was easy to do and the flowers were lovely.
I will 100% be using them again.

Absolutely disgusted with their customer service, the flowers that I ordered looked nothing and I mean nothing like the advertised pic, I had even upgraded to the Large Size, but thus bouquet was by no means large, I contacted them to express my feelings on my order and the response I got was rude….. I will never purchase from here again and if you want your flowers to look like what they are advertising I'd advise you to purchase elsewhere cause you won't get what you order & pay for.… I could only give a 1 star rating as there was no lower choice…. If I was able to post pics of what was ordered verses what was received you would see what I mean…. Save your money shop elsewhere

Flowers never arrived. I emailed to request a refund and just got robotic reply after reply telling me to give delivery more time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Having been let down by another flower delivery firm I was a little reluctant to use another but delightful flora were efficient reliable and kept me informed the entire time and the recipient of the bouquet was delighted …couldn’t ask for more. They do not deliver on the date specified, customer service is terrible and the flowers look nothing like the photos. I am getting no reply on emails so having to go through my bank for a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Refused to give a refund dispite missing the deadline..
My wife's return from hospital after suffering life altering injuries ..
Would never recommend anyone deal with this company ..
