Item Broken - No Response
Bought two radiators, one had the side all clipeed off, managed to make it good and clip back on.
Once hang on the wall, the LED electrics are all broken, emailed this company now 4 times over the last few days, read receipt for every email but no response. shocking.
I will now buy another radiator from elsewhere and send this one back for a refund or I will issue proceedings for the recovery of my outlay.
Not happy, beware ..

Ordered an EV charger and it said on the website 3-4 days for delivery.
2 weeks later still not received. No communication. They do not answer calls, they do not respond to emails. Avoid this site!

Not one to generally leave reviews, but after reading a lot of negative reviews relating to this company, I thought I would.
Recently purchased a inline fan and fixtures from Electric Point. Items took approx 5 working days to arrive. Spoke with customer services whilst awaiting my delivery for an update. They were polite and helpful,
apologising for the delay, due to receiving a large number of orders over the weekend.
Items received, well packaged and in working order.
Could I have got the items elsewhere quicker ? Possibly, certainly not cheaper, they were by far and away the cheapest retailer for the items I required.

The product (extractor fan) was faulty. I realised that just after the installation. I phoned Electricpoint and they asked me to send it back to them. I did send back. They phoned back after a week to say before sending it back I should call them (I did but it was impossible to convince them). They send the faulty product back to me after a week and asked me to get an electrician, install it again (install a faulty product!) and call them after installation. I did that, paid for the electrician for reinstallation of a faulty fan, phoned Electricpoint after installation only to hear that fan is faulty and I need to call producer's helpline rather than them. Now I am stuck with a faulty fan! Avoid this company.

Show stock on the website they simply don't hold! Was told due to high demand they are awaiting the goods that have been dispatched from the suppliers, then it was due to the Parcelforce strike! Waited 2 weeks for no reason lie after lie about the stock arriving. Brought elsewhere and got my order refunded. Not a good experience! NEVER advertise goods you don't have.

Immediately after my order I received an email informing me that an item was out of stock but it would be in stock the next day. 3 days later none of the goods have been dispatched and one item is still not in stock. Customer service didn't reply to my email but were very helpful when I called them.

I tried to place an order for large amount. Couldnt see or pick my delivery slot.
While giving my card details my card got rejected twice then I received a message from a mobile +44 7401109124 saying this:
LLOYDS BANK HAS NOTICED YOUR DEBIT CARD ENDING **** WAS USED ON date & time, AT ELECTRIC POINT FOR £*****. THIS PAYMENT WAS DECLINED. IF THIS WAS YOU PLEASE REPLY YES, OTHERWISE REPLY NO. THERE IS NO NEED TO CALL US. RESPONDING TO THIS TEXT IS THE QUICKEST WAY TO UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT
replied yes then I received this message:
THANKS FOR CONFIRMING THIS WAS YOU. IF YOU STILL NEED TO MAKE THIS PAYMENT,PLEASE WAIT 10 MINUTES AND TRY AGAIN. THERE IS NO NEED TO CALL US.
If this website was legit surley i would get notification from the bank to accept the payment not from some privite number pretending they are the bank and the supplier at the same time?!?!?
I tried to find this company on companies house without any luck. You cant see their VAT REG number either!
Its not legit and I will take my time to sort this out!

Really poor service, straight into terms and conditions regarding an unopened return. Stick to the big names on the industrial estates that treat you fairly.

I have purchased a number of Dimplex panel heaters from Electricpoint in the past 6 months. I advised Electricpoint that I was experiencing 'fitting concerns' and Peter gave outstanding support in resolving the issue. The Dimplex PLX heaters are really good and their Customer Support Team dealt with my issues
quickly and well. Thank you, I will be back soon to buy 2 more Dimplex heaters.

Another company that don’t hold stock yet allow you to buy items they don’t have. 4 DAYS to tell me that, and I quote- “Thank you for your order. Demand has been extremely high recently, we are currently waiting for stock to come from the supplier, we are hoping to be able to get the stock into us within the next 5-7 working days... I do apologise for the delay and completely understand you may not want to wait; we will keep it on back order unless cancelled?“ DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS.”
UPDATE…… NEARLY 3 YEARS TO RESPOND TO THIS FEEDBACK.. SAYS IT ALL ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

This company is just bait advertising. Placed an order and received order confirmation and money taken only for the order to be cancelled the following day as they miraculously they no longer had stock. Now reading other comments that they do this a lot. Very poor and I'd suggest shopping elsewhere

Ordered 19.46 in response to a google ad. Order cancelled 09.16 the following morning. "We will refund you the full amount of your order in the way you paid for it in the next 24-48hrs". As per other reviews. It's either a trick to get people to open an account, or some way of solving a cashflow crisis.

This company has extremely poor service. I bought a item online. Which they email me next day say it will take 7 to 10 days. Also I call them to confirm I will get in 10 days. The guy promised me he has stock in other branch. He will send it within 10 days. No updates till next 10 days. So I call them to get updates. they have got not in stock and neither tried to contact me to say it out of stock. If I didn’t contact them. They are not bothered at all. They kept my money for 10 days. Now I am waiting for refunds.

Waste of time, waited two weeks for delivery for item supposed to be in 2 working days. They did not provide tracking number neither email confirmation.

Ordered a Dimplex switch that was showing as in stock (otherwise why would I order it!) Or why would I be allowed to order and pay for it!? Incase I get a ridiculous reply from electric point saying it was clear! Anyway they emailed to say the item wasn't in stock would I like a refund. I replied and haven't heard back anything at all, 2 months later. They simply do not reply to emails at all. I chased several times. They have issued me now refund and have stolen my money. In the end I had to get a refund from the credit card company because I kept all the email proof. Avoid this scam of a company at all costs! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
