Very poor

Very poor. Item marked as in stock, but nothing arrived so I chased. Eventually after two months I had to ask for a refund. Avoid.

Rang electricpoint up only to be told it wasn't available!!.

USELESS COMPANY!!!!!

I placed an order on the 30th October for 2 grid switches. The following Friday I rang them only to be told that they hadn't sent them and so I asked them to send them and they promised I would get them by Monday 8th. They still haven't arrived and they refused to send them within 24 hours to arrive on the Saturday. DISGUSTING AND USELESS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Bought two smoke alarms

Bought two smoke alarms. One of the few places that still sell ionisation alarms. Great service and delivery next day with good prices too. Sadly let down by terrible packaging, although neatly secured, because it was as un-eco friendly as can be. Bubble wrap, cling film and a stoopid big post bag of plastic. Get real guys there are plenty of planet friendly alternatives so use them whilst you still have any customers alive. shame.

Faulty Smoke Alarm

Having struggled with a faulty (and noisy) smoke alarm I decided to purchase a new one. Not wishing to have the expense of an electrician I asked Gary at sales of Electric Point for some advice. He said I could buy the same model and it would fit the old fitting. This I arranged with Electric Point with a fast delivery. Thank you Electric Pount for such helpful and a cheap solution to my problem. Thanks again Gary

Dimplex Night Storage Heater

Recently I ordered a Dimplex Night Storage Heater, the only reason I had to cancel was that it was a ‘curb drop’ which was too difficult for me being such a large package, although the price was extremely competitive. When I contacted them by phone I got through straight away, explained the situation and Peter immediately cancelled the order and the refund was in my account 3 days later. He was most reassuring and made the refund very easy to do. I wouldn’t hesitate to order a smaller item from them.

First and last time using this company

I was hooked in by the low prices but disappointed by this email:
We are currently waiting for stock to come from
another branch, this may take up to 2/3 days to get to
us. I do apologise for the delay. Regards Peter
They have one branch at Greenwich and another at Haringey – that’s it. How does it take 2 days, let alone 3 to send their van across London?
There are loads of 5-star glowing reviews, obviously fraudulent as most seem to include praise for a particular type of storage radiator.
Work on your lying. I’m going back to my regular supplier.

After a delay on an initial order - the Electricpoint team managed to rectify the issues, provided a goodwill gesture discount and then gave outstanding service on a subsequent order.

All items arrived in good working order and now installed and operational.

No live stock levels - poor communication

Made an order with the expectation of delivery within 5 days as per the website.
Didn't get any dispatch or order processed notifications so rang them to chase.
To be fair they answered the phone.
They had no idea where the stock was (something about scattered around the company). Other item had to be ordered direct from manufacturer. Cancelled due to delay so currently awaiting refund...

Electricpoint should get More than 5 stars

If I could give more Trustpilot stars I would. This firm could not be more helpful from quick delivery excellent prices and free delivery, When I had a problem with a radiator I had bought from them they could not have done any more to help me. As the problem could not be solved in a reasonable time by dimplex I was offered a replacement or a full refund . I chose the refund and the radiaror was collected the next day and money refunded within 5 days.An EXCELLENT servce.Thank you Electricpoint

Online payment not possible

Their online payment system doesn't work (I tried multiple cards from various banks/ credit card companies). This resulted in "to be confirmed" transactions placed on several of my cards. I tried to contact electric point about this - I called them a few times, left voicemails and emailed them but have had no response. Customer service is non existent. Yet they are still sending me promotional emails reminding me I has something in my basket. Strange way to run a business.

Ordered 19 spotlights from this company on early December. Received an email from them a few days after the order was placed to say that my order was going to be delayed but I will receive it as soon as possible, which is perfectly understandable given the situation in the world right now. I received 9 of the lights after around three week and since then have heard nothing from them. They don't answer their phones, I have sent multiple emails to them with no reply, very disappointed and now out of pocket!. I'll be going elsewhere from now kn

Dimplex Quantum Storage and QRad Heaters

I have ordered from Electricpoint three times, between Nov 2020 and Jan 2021. Dimplex storage heaters, Q-Rads and accessories. No complaints at all, very pleased with service and the heaters.

Each time I ordered I phoned first to confirm stock availability before ordering online. There were occasions when I had to try phoning a few times to get through, but other times when they picked up immediately. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful.

Delivery service was good, they phoned within a couple of days of placing the order and booked a day for delivery which was a day or two later.

Their driver was very polite and friendly, heaters and accessories were in good condition on a pallet and protected with plastic wrap, no damage.

No complaints, they did exactly what they said.

***** Unbelievably Fantastic Service *****

I ordered a Dimplex electric radiator today at 14:33 with free delivery only for it to turn up the same day at 17:00 less than 3 hours later. Not sure that kind of service can be beaten.
Also need to add they were the best price by some considerable margin, had a great range of all the items I looked at in stock, so would highly recommend them.
