Today 05/12/2025 I booked return tickets for travel to Accra, Ghana. I was served by Zayn, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I felt at ease and knew I was being listened to. He proved to be competent and on top of his game. Definitely an asset to his employer, and must be commended for being a great listener, respectful, and accommodating with what was requested of him. I will not hesitate in dealing with him in the future and will mention him by name to those who want to book tickets for travel. Thanks, it was a great experience.

Got a call from agent as I wanted to…
Got a call from agent as I wanted to book a flight and was told to pay £100 pounds deposit so that they can reserve the ticket. I paid and waited a week as advised no phone call back so I rang them and was advised I will get a call back. I received a call back and was transfered to another agent who then told me that the flight reserved was not avainle to to airline itself. When I questioned the agent he became very rude and I had to put him straight. He wanted to book me a different flight that was double the price of the original one so when I declined and asked more questions he kept saying that he cannot do anything and it's the airlines fault. And continued saying that it's only an extra £200 to pay and I said to him it might be only 200 to him but that is alot of me for me. But he just kept asking if I wanted to go ahead and book. So I declined and requested my deposit refund and was told to send email to someone so they can refund it back. I refused and asked him to stay on phone until the email he wanted me to send was received. He put me on hold and shockingly email arrived and I replied to it when he was on the phone just to be advised that I will get half my refund back not full. DO NOT USE THIS THIEVES!!!! Waiting to see when refund will be processed and if not will have to escalate further i will not let this go. SHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! imagine if someone jad booked the full amount for a flight!!!!

When the payment deadline passed and the airline fare changed, your original booking was automatically cancelled by the airline — not by our staff.
We offered you an alternative flight at the closest available fare, which you declined.
As per our Terms & Conditions agreed at the time of booking, cancelled or expired reservations are subject to a partial refund, and this was communicated and processed accordingly.

SCAM SCAM AVOID THESE GUYS. Don’t believe them. Punch of scammers. I made online search for flight and found tickets for £3670, reservation staff Sohrab called me and reassured me that if I pay deposit my tickets reserved and I only need to wait for the “due date “ to pay the remaining and get tickets. I raised my concern about discrepancy between what he said and the terms and conditions but he reassured me that price fixed. On the due date Sohrab passed me to another person Kebir Shah who changed the price to £5070 which I could not afford. They refused to refund deposit. Blamed the airline. All what they care about is trapping customers to pay deposit and the rest is nightmare. They don’t care about airline’s reputation. I am going to report them to airlines ( Turkish airline)

False advertising
I responded to an advertisement for a flight priced at GBP 383. Shortly after, a representative contacted me and requested a GBP 70 deposit to secure a KLM flight. However, when I received a follow-up call, I was informed that the KLM flights were no longer available. Instead, they offered me an Ethiopian Airlines ticket for GBP 570.92, which is over GBP 100 more expensive than Expedia’s price.
When I declined, I was told that my GBP 70 deposit would not be refunded, even though no ticket had been issued or confirmed. This is unacceptable. I contacted them well within the 7-day cooling-off period, and under UK consumer law, I should be entitled to a refund since no service was provided.
Their claim that there is a cancellation fee for a ticket I never purchased appears deceptive and highly suspicious. I believe this company may be engaging in misleading or unfair business practices, and I reported them at IATA.
CHECK THE WEBSITE AFTER THESE PEOPLE OFFER YOU A DIFFERENT PRICE! I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS OF THIS WEBSITE WHERE FEES ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AFTER I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY NO LONGER HAD THESE AVAILABLE. THAT IS MISLEADING ADVERTISING. NO MATTER HOW THEY FRAME IT. I HAVE REPORTED THEM EVERYWHERE. And if enough people report this bad practice, they'll be out of business. In the end, I went to trusted Expedia, whose prices didn't change at the last minute and even had several days to change booking without losing booking fees.
