Great, well,helpful

I was updating with my order and ir arrived earlier than expected.

Delivery took a bit long (3 weeks) but I had been forewarned and the item was eventually delivered a day early. Well-packed

On the 28th of July I placed an order with Fruugo (order no. 240564149). I've only received confirmation. I made an enquiry on the status of the order, Fruugo sent the enquiry back to me and asked me to provide feedback. This is scary, and makes me think that the retailer might not be trading anymore. Fruugo, please refund me. I've already submitted a request for my full refund.

On the 03 Aug I ordered an item from Fruugo, after I had paid the item manufacturing material description changed to 90% plastic. This was a significant problem seeing that it was advertised as being manufactured from aluminum. Immediately after receiving the order confirmation I raised 3 queries to cancel the order to no avail as none of the queries can be found in my account history.

To add insult to injury today in an attempt to log onto my account to see if Fruugo noted the queries I was not allowed to log in. Every attempt just reloads the login screen regardless what I try.

This is poor service and I would not advise any person to make use of Fruugo.

Took almost 4 months to arrive.
Then I had to pay for the delivery, this was not stated upfront, the quote read 0.00 for delivery.
I have subsequently purchased an identical item at a premium as it was required urgently.

My experience was terrible. I paid for fast track delivery and the Item is still in China on the day delivery should have taken place, so there is no way that my item will make it in time.

It is also impossible to get hold of someone or resolve a query on the self service option it just takes you in circles.

I now requested cancellation and a refund, I can only think what a disaster that is going to be.

Initially I was disappointed because it took a long time between the movements of the parcel but at the end of the day, I was very happy to know where my parcel was and eventually received it a few days before the latest promised date!

Ordered a screen for my phone from them, got it fairly early considering it was shipped in from China, I'm happy, and will be back to order more stuff.

I have bee waiting for almost a YEAR to recieve my order and I have contacted multiple times via email ond on the website but received no response. This is one of the worst services I have ever experienced. They dont care about thier customers at all but they want to take your money without giving the product. I have sunmitted a complaint round about 25 of October and still no response

Simple honest value for money and no nonsense.

The order arrived earlier than estimated delivery date. Happy with my order.

This is a scam. I ordered a heater on 9 May 2026, fully paid. I have never received it. I have been tracing it,it's been saying on transit all these months. Never,ever order from Fuugo

Great service and delivery

I was looking for a headlamp on my pre 2000 Yamaha XT350 and could not get it from any other supplier than fruugo and how efficient, I will be back for more
