I made an order almost a month ago and still haven’t received it. Fruugo’s appointed courier company (Aramex SA) is also non responsive to queries on the whereabouts of my order.

I ordered goods through their website a month ago, paid and given a tracking number. The expected delivery was indicated as 6 July 2026. That was the last I heard from this company and I think it is a scam. I have tried to contact them via the tracking number and I can’t get hold of them. I have given up as I think I will never get my goods or my money. Beware of Fruugo!!!

I ordered a epoxy mixer. I did not think it would arrived and cancelled my order and with 48 hours I was refunded. It eventually did arrive and I contacted Fruugo to say, I would accept the mixer. They organised a link for me and I paid for the mixer. Such an easy process and professional and polite staff. Thank you so much.

I have used Fruugo a few times now to order parts from other countries and I have always received the correct order and in faster time than originally predicted. I am happy to recommend Fruugo for placing orders.

Well I’ve never used this website. I ordered two items. I was immediately advised one item not available. I was given an expected date of delivery. Everything was perfect including delivery period

I placed an order on the 16th of June and i was expected to get a delivery this week. And its still saying processing on the status. 0 feedback after sending an email to the retailer too! Horrible stuff

I placed my order in May and was supposed to arrive in June 19th they say it's ready for collection but doesn't say where should I go and collet it my order number is 233544612
