Service itself was quick and efficient.

Well, for starters.. Leanne Pearson is always so nice to talk to, quite polite and respectful..
Moreover, she is so quick is resolving any issue I have, always working as fast as possible to get me sorted..
Lastly, she always makes sure that I completely understood what to do and what to expect and always double checks if there is anything else she could do for me.. Which makes me just trust her to the maximum..

The customer associate I spoke with (I can’t recall her name-sorry), was really polite, genial and helpful. Given that it was my first time interacting with the company, I was immediately put at ease and look forward to a lasting mutually benefiting relationship.

Had a good, efficient experience today setting up my account with ginger energy. Leanne was super responsive and helpful, made my life very easy.

We had to contact Ginger Energy because the management company for our building sent us a bill for gas aged debt for £1690.00.
Anna Bennett at Ginger was absolutely fantastic in helping us sort out this amount.
Thanks to Anna it became apparent that over £1200.00 of this bill was for a tenant going back over two years who basically did a runner.

Would not recommend. The positiv reviews aren't genuine if you take a look at the dates and how many 5 star reviews are left by the individual you'll see they leave one positiv review and tht's it. They also started to appear quite frequently if you pay attention to the dates.

Your bill is split amongst other tenants so you aren't paying for your own.

Shame on TP for doing nothing about the situation and endorsing bad behaviour and misleading consumers.

It was nice to speak to someone who understands my problem. Although Anna Bennett was unable to solve the issue it was really pleasant to think someone is on my side and I am reassured that the service from Ginger will be as efficient and professional as she seems to be.
