Ginger energy didn’t invoice us (or our entire apartment block) for the past 16 months. Despite having our contact details. They then aggressively perused us for payment, and refused to take any responsibility for their failure to contact us in a timely manner -despite our attempts to pay before this time. Disgraceful company.

Moved out in July 2024 and I’m still getting emails for outstanding bills in January 2025… getting the dates mixed up of our tenancy trying to charge us for months we didn’t live there etc.. take days to respond back to us about these query’s and having to email them repeatedly that we no longer live in the apartment they’re trying to charge us these bills for..

I would like to thank Leminh Tran for her help over the past year with sourcing the best rates available and also identifying an error on the account which resulted in a substantial reduction in electricity costs incurred.

Following almost a year long of wrangling backwards and forwards with a major well know energy company. With the assistance of Leminh Tran and her team at Ginger Energy we were finally able to resolve the outstanding issues on billing. Leminh and her team responded to all of our concerns and played a key part in resolving the issues with the supplier.
