Terrible experience do not buy from this retailer. Product arrived damaged and was clearly a return from someone else because the item wasn’t sealed! Terrible customer service and only offered 50% refund on return to Bulgaria!

Would give no stars if I could. Waited ages. It arrived with ripped and damaged packaging. They have offered me less than half my money back. Say I will have to return to Bulgaria and pay port duty and vat. They are crooks don’t deal with them. I will be taking court action as people like this should not be getting away with it

Warning to other customers, check size before ordering, I bought the giggling gnome which looks quite big in picture but is actually tiny. Only about 6 inches high.

My first gnome was the little one climbing out of the window so I then got the little one giggling,then the climbers then I received a free gift so I got the drunk gnome then decided to buy the sleeping one. I love them

Was kept informed all .along the way. Where they were, when they'd be delivered,and got them today, 2 little gnomes of Forever love, they are so cute, thank you, one is for.me and the other.one.I will put on my Husbands grave, I just lost him last July, thank you, Patricia.

When one of my garden fairy's was broke they promptly sent another one the next day which sits beside my water feature

I bought two sitting Fairies, they are so pretty, I could not resist. They sit perfectly, no wobbly bits. They arrived very well packaged and on time, very happy with GOBLIZZ.

Purchased 2 gnomes, easy to order, arrived in a timely manner. The quality is top notch, easy to hang, great colours and detail. The gnomes look fabulous on the trees in my back garden, I positioned them so that I can enjoy their whimsy from the window. Think it’s time to order one for the tree in the front.
