Goblizz have been amazing, they have replied to all my Emails and kept me updated, I received my package on Christmas eve and they said they would try to get it here for Christmas.

Same as all the other reviews before mine. ‘Pat’ claiming they cannot give me a refund until the end of the month although in earlier emails he/she said the end of this week! Order with EVRI - not moved since the 11th Dec and they’ve said they have no further information and cannot chase and to be patient!! Terrible customer service. As the item has not arrived I have had to purchase an alternative so I no longer even want this. IF the item ever does turn up, I hope they will be covering the return fee - not holding my breath though!

Product took a month to arrive (turns out it's shipped from China, this was not mentioned at time) and was disappointing. The lined pants and thin and lacklustre. I also did the Black Friday Deal that advertised getting 4 pairs of 'winter socks' free with the pants. At the time 'winter socks' were not shown on the same page, so my search history shows me searching the site for what these were. They are advertised as lined fleecey socks. So I bought this deal. Since arriving, the socks are not colourful - I now have 8 pairs of brown and black socks - and they are not the socks advertised. Their website has since been adjusted to show the 'smiley socks' on the pants page. They are rough in texture and disappointingly thin. I wouldn't have bought the deal if these were the option.
I have demonstrated to customer service how their website led me to this incident, they have said that if I don't have screenshots from their website from over a month ago, then I cannot prove it and so they will not do anything.

Very dishonest. I ordered pants following their size chart. The pants took one month to arrive and were way too small. They neither offered a free return nor a straight refund. Instead they offered a discount to purchase more on their site.

Ordered a Xmas gift 5th December. No tracking still available, no responses to emails, got a generic apology email blaming Covid and Royal Mail strikes offering 40% code. What a crock! Tracking shows a different courier not Royal Mail. I wouldn’t order from these incompetent imbeciles again even with a 100% off code

Do not buy from this company…..exactly the same experience as the previous reviewer- purchased early Dec and not received. First ‘Pat’ said it had been lost- now changed to delayed. Urged to be patient but can’t guarantee to get there for Christmas. Said they can’t refund until the end of the month. Absolute nonsense!

Ordered on the 4th of December and still waiting. “Pat” says they cannot refund me until after Christmas which makes no sense. Poor communication. Haven’t got a present for my son this year now and cannot afford to buy another present. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Absolute scam. I placed an order on 20 November and only received it last weekend - beyond the "5 to 15 day" delivery period, even taking into account that those days are, according to their customer service team, working days, not actual days.

When the item (fleece lined jogging bottoms) finally arrived, it was far too small. God knows what size it was, as the sizes on the website are in UK sizes, the item I received said M - but wouldn't have fit a medium sized toddler.

I asked for a refund through their 30 day money back guarantee and was told I'd need to pay shipping costs "back" to Bulgaria (even though the item seems to have come from China in the first place), but that I need (illegally) to state on the customs form that it is only worth £10 as it will be subject to more charges if I say the actual price. I can't imagine there is a hope in hell that I would ever get any of it back.

Do not buy!!!

The item turned up on time, no issues with payment or communication prior to delivery.

However, the London Super Comfy Pants will only fit the more petit person. Anyone over 5ft will struggle to get these joggers to reach their ankles! Also £30 for basic low quality joggers is pretty expensive.

The returns policy is a nightmare as they cite EU regulation issues for returns, then offer 40% off future products - because you want to spend more money on items that don't fit and are of poor quality.

Also their website has false reviews all over it, you can't add a review to their site.

Still waiting for my order from Black Friday deal.
I try to track my package using the link but it takes you to a Chinese site with no translate.
Keep receiving lovely emails offering me money off my next order!!!....I don't think so.....!
I think I have been scammed.

Goblizz have been in touch and assured me that my order will arrive before Christmas, so NOT A SCAM!
I like that they are keeping in touch with me.

My order DID NOT arrive before Christmas, it arrived 6th Jan 2023. Although I received an email promise of a full refund if it hadn't arrived by 23rd Dec, this was followed by another email blaming the postal strike and Christmas.
I have the items now.

Do not be fooled into thinking this is UK site. Items are from China. Still waiting after 14 days for notification of dispatch yet they bombard you with more so called even cheaper deals. Do not part with your money.

Satisfied with my purchase arrived on time my granddaughter loves it as it on the door of my new shed. Great customer service answered all my questions promptly!

If I could give zero stars I would. Shocking service and the way "customer services" are speaking (replying to emails) to me is utterly disgusting. Item yet to arrive....not holding out much hope!! But the service alone is enough for me to warn others. I would never look at this "company" again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Received items were badly flawed, contacted company and had running battle by email to try and get my money back, despite their 100 percent money back guarantee. Only got 70 percent back as they disagreed about spelling mistake on one item. Fed up arguing with them, would not recommend anyone buy from them, they are no better than crooks. Gave a negative review of their items on their website days ago but not been "approved", so not shown.
