Před měsícem jsem objednal boty. Dlouhá doba dodání, beru a objednávám. I přes tuto dlouho dobu dodání nic. Žádná změna stavu objednávky. Musel jsem se sám ozvat. Začali s tím, že jedny boty nemají skladem a během 3-4 dnů je naskladní a pak pošlou. Od té doby čekám už dalších 14 dní a stále nic. Navíc teď přestali komunikovat. Budu to ještě řešit...

Vše bylo v pořádku kromě PLATBY!!! Několikrát jsem se pokoušela zaplatit klasicky kartou online, nechala to načítat i desítky minut ale nic. Nakonec jsem musela zaplatit přes PayPal (delší a nekomfortní). Ale zboží přišlo do týdne a vše v pořádku.

1st it took some time, because Hardloop struggled with stocking up the desired product (which was initially displayed as in stock) . But then I ordered different product colour and everything went smooth - I appreciate shipping to Czech republic and the transit speed.

I can NOT pickup my package
The package was probably delivered to the AlzaBox, but I have not received PIN code for picking up. Comunication with Customer service Hardloop was OK, but they do not know PIN code - can not help me....
I have contacted Chronopost also, but without response. I need PIN code....

I was considerably suspicious about the e-shop as it may not feature the latest slick design and basically falls back into a generic template many times used for scammy shops. Then I googled some references and decided to try it and everything worked out fine.
HMU if you need some platform change or redesign.
