I found the whole process of Equity Release to be simple and straightforward. My dealings my Adviser Alison Weir were always friendly, helpful and professional. I changed my mind regarding the advance on two occasions but Alison was very quick to make the necessary changes. She was always available at the end of the phone to answer any questions. I was very pleased with how everything was handled from start to finish.

Excellent telephone call with Laura, discussing options and obtaining annuity quotations. Information was well structured, clearly presented, and helpfully explained; I couldn't have asked for more.

After we had discussed everything, she gave us some sound advice, which actually meant she would not be selling us a product. When you here so many negative reviews of companies, it is like a breath of fresh air when someone does not try and make money out of you, but gives free, sound advice.
I would recommend giving HUB a call if you are thinking about Equity release.

I have used HUB three times in relation to pension draw downs. Their customer service is second to none. Five stars is not enough for this exceptional team.
