Would give zero if I could, dress nothing like description, material shocking … delivery took weeks which tells you everything you need to know.. website misleading

Scam site- they’re based in China. Dress took ages to arrive and when it did, dress wasn’t as seen on the website. Really poor quality and shape. When I contacted them to request a refund they said I’d have to pay to send back to China or give me only 35% refund! Joke. I’ll report to my bank as a scam. Don’t use this company!

I wouldn’t even give them one star but can’t give less. Complete scam ! Implies it’s a Manchester company product from China absolutely terrible quality so bad I didn’t even give to charity it went straight in the bin!! Attempts at refund futile told could return but shipping same cost as product !!!! Settled on what they clearly believe is a generous offer of 45% refund which is totally in breach of my consumer rights but I just wanted nothing more to do with them . Don’t buy a single thing from this terrible terrible website

This is an awful item and like other reviews this product is not what was advertised. It is totally unwearable.

Why didn't I read the reviews. Horrible look. Nothing like picture. Fabric cheap and nasty. To return you have to pay the postage back to Asia. They should be reported. Just total rip off.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! They take weeks to deliver. I would have had a much better experience had I shopped at a well known China company. This Manchester claimed company is definitely a China based one! The clothing bares no resemblance to the pictures & videos. The material is cheep, thin, shapeless and shiny but at a much higher cost than aforementioned China based company. I waited nearly a month for delivery.
Customer Service are no help at all.

Ivy & Sophie shop: I'm only giving 1 star because you can't give '0' score. Bought a dress for £44.99 in the sale. Though I was buying a quality item from a shop in Manchester. While I was on Shein, I found the exact same dress even the same photos on there for £18.99 and £13.99 on Temu. I was furious. I ordered it off shein, which arrived quicker than Ivy & Sophie. When Ivy & Sophie dress arrived I planned to send it back for a full refund only to be told that to send it back would cost me £20- £30 pounds as they like to cut down on the travel of item and carbo foot print and I was to send it back to China. Their customer service is terrible, I was fuming. I did e-mail them and say I had found the dress on Shein and that I wasn't happy with paying for Shein quality and there was no reply. The cheap dress i don't mind but the price I paid for it when you can get it for less than half price on Shein. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE try Shein you'll find your items on there for much less. Appalling company and customer service.

Items sent were shoddy poorly made and only fit for the bin. What a disgraceful company. I sent photos of the items I’d received plus photos of the advertised items for comparison. Their response was to inform me that it would cost me €20/30 to return and they could offer me 15% refund and would plant a tree!!!!!
I consider them to be a scam - disgraceful and a waste of £58.41!

Please please don't used ivy & Sophie. I have been Scammed by them. Item came from china, screwed up in scruffy bag. Dress I'll fitting and poor quality. I spent nearly £50 on this dress. Absolutely gutted. Emailed and sent message on Instagram. No response. My advice buy from well known large clothing companies, always guaranteed a refund. Im going through try by bank now to see if I have get money back. If I could give no stars I would, I'm fuming 🤬

Still not received my items placed weeks ago, realised now it’s just a scam, not uk based at all, as you can see from reviews clearly a Chinese company selling cheap rubbish, so I doubt I will be able to return, as just seen you have to pay the cost to return to Asia, fraud beware

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don’t be fooled. Awful quality looks nothing like the images on social media or the website. Then you have to pay the costs to ship it back.

Cheap awful clothes. Pretend you’re getting a good deal but you are being ripped off. Wish I’d checked this site first.

This is not a UK boutique, they ship cheap clothes from China. The dress that arrived bore zero resemblance to the dress ordered, and on further investigation could be purchased from a well known Chinese online marketplace for a quarter of the price paid.
To return you have to ship back to China, tracked mail, costing 50% of the price of the dress! Or get a 15% refund and keep the shapeless monstrosity!
There’s only one way to describe this company, fraudulent, shameful and a disgrace. Do not buy from them!!

If I could give no stars I would and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. £40 for a poor quality dress that is nothing like the picture. Fabric is hideous and the sizing is bizarre. If I wish to return, I have to return to Asia at my own cost, even though the company presents itself as a UK company based in Manchester. I have contacted the company to share my disgust, but I have no expectation of a response and will chalk this one up to experience, but I will ALWAYS check reviews before buying anything from an unknown company again.

I ordered what looked like a gorgeous dress. It arrived shipped from China and made out of what looks like 100% nylon. It is such a shame because the style is very nice. No way you could wear it as the fabric is hideous. No response after a week from customer service about returning it.

Fell in love with a dress and kept on looking at it on ivy and Sophie. Liked their website.
Took ages to arrive but I thought it’s because it in the festive period.
It was awful, not anything like the photo. Cheap material. Just terrible. Emailed them and they seemed interested in helping. However they said they would get back to me “straight away” and I’m still waiting!!!!
Did write a a email back to them but I don’t think they will respond now. Please avoid at all cost.
