If I could give less than 1 star I would. Delivery takes a long time but that aside, the quality of the product is horrible. Really cheap and nasty and nothing like the images on the website. I think this is the worst quality dress I've ever bought. I am very sure they're not based in Manchester either!!! I guess you get what you pay for but the clothes aren't even worth the lower prices theyre advertising in their sale. Don't bother!

They will ship you a poor quality item , claim they are a UK business, then when you want to return the goods they offer you 15% refund

This website is an absolute scam. The clothes are cheap, flimsy and horrible, nothing like the photos. You have to pay international shipping to return anything so basically you pay, they send you rubbish, and it's hardly worth sending it back. Do not buy anything from them!

Shocking product took to long to be delivered did not resemble the picture on the site.
Poor quality and if you want to return the item you have to send it back to Asia at your own cost.

This is not at all what it appears to be - order placed, money taken and no sign of order 3 weeks later. Already assuming I will be returning items to China

Awful … the dress that arrived was made out of material similar to a shower curtain and had a hole in the pocket - not even stitched. Despite saying there is a 30 day returns guarantee this is not true. The cost to return the item to Asia is ridiculous and instead they offer to plant trees on your behalf. Awful.

The dress looked nothing as the picture, was made from the cheapest fabric I have ever seen, paid almost £40 for it but unable to return it as they have said returning the dress will cost almost the price of the dress so they have offered 15% as compensation . Don’t buy from them if you don’t want to lose money

appalling quality clothes- just awful!! Do NOT purchase anything from this retailer. I bought two dressed which looked beautiful in the pictures and videos (Instagram) but have just received them (after waiting a month for them to arrive) and they are literally a joke! One dress feels like it's made from plastic and is awful and the other dress is laughably cheap material like a dolls clothes - a cheap one! would be made from. Absolutely nothing like the photos and terrible in every respect.

I purchased a dress from this company believing I was purchasing a dress from a Manchester ( UK ) based company .
The dress arrived after 3 weeks, crammed into a small plastic package ( so much for their claim to pack with care ) . The dress was a very cheap , very bad copy of the dress depicted in the photograph.
I immediately contacted the company in order to return the dress for a refund. They advised me that I would have to return the dress to their Asian distribution centre at my expense ( approximately €20-30) , only on receipt of dress would I receive full refund. HOWEVER I could keep the dress and received a 15% refund.!!
I was so angry that I had been scammed by this company, I contacted my credit card company. They opened a dispute for this transaction, requested I sent as many documents to support my claim and they would investigate. I sent them pictures of the dress , pictures of the dress i thought i was buying , pictures of their adverts pretending they were Manchester based company, copies of the emails between myself and Ivy and Sophie. Within24 hrs I received notification that the dispute was resolved in my favour and received the full amount back.
I advise everyone who has purchased from this company to contact their credit card provider.

Looks like a Manchester based small business. It’s a Chinese business. Soft floaty dress in pictures in reality is made of a nylon type fabric that you would normally see as a tent fabric. Maybe it’s waterproof? Worst is it is self funded returns to China only. Let’s see what happens when I try. Such a scam.

Absolutely awful took weeks to arrive, clearly made from cheap material in China, smelt weird like smoke! Won’t offer a refund even though website says 30 day money back guarantee. Offered for me to keep dress and give me 15% back! Looking to take further.

The Dress that I ordered arrived and the size and fabric were not as I expected, I thought it would be a nice cotton but its a nasty man made fibre - Now I need to send it back to get a refund and don't know how to go about this

This company, pictured as a typical clothing shop with a well made website is, in fact, seemingly just an import facility for junk Chinese clothing. Don't waste your time and don't waste your money filling the pockets of scam merchants

Wish I read the reviews before I ordered. The dress i ordered was horrendous! Nothing like the picture, awful fabric, more like tent lining.. and could have been made by a 5 year old. Complete rip off! No access to a website through any of the links and no option to return. I won't put it in a charity bag...straight in the recycling bin. Do not go there!!

It is a scam as others say. Items ship from China and are nothing like pictured which is a shame as the designs are nice. Material is cheapest polyester etc… have had a dreadful experience currently going through credit card charge back for false advertising.

When I got the order I felt like laughing and crying. The dress was absolutely ridiculous and smelt awful, couldn’t be further away from the photograph on the website. I find this hugely sad because these Chinese companies are ripping people off all over the world and people are falling for it. This is the kind of situation that kills trust and belief in human nature. Going forward, I’m going back to in-shop purchases, where you know exactly what you’re getting!

Terrible sizing. Ordered as per size guide but dress arrived enormous. Ordered smaller size only to receive an even bigger dress!! No response from seller with regards to return/refund. Now £90 out of pocket!!! Avoid!!!!

I would have given a zero star review if that were possible and wish I had checked Trust Pilot before I ordered. My order took weeks to arrive despite promoting itself as a Manchester home grown business. Order definitely came from a very long way away. Terrible quality and huge! I had ordered an 8 ( I am usually a 8-10) and was more concerned it might come up small. It is like tent and nothing like advertised. Horrible shiny material. I have just placed a second request for a return….
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This company should not be allowed to advertise or trade - they flout trading standards.
