Is there not a zero star option? Do not buy products they do not resemble images at all , nasty nylon & shapeless. You cannot return them despite claims but instead they will offer a 15 percent refund... Ver más
Dreadful company
Dress bore no resemblance to the website picture. Very cheap fabric and appallingly badly finished. Website reviews were positive and it was a UK company....b
Refund requested due to above issues. 15% refund offered and I can donate to charity....
Returning the dress to Asia, (not Manchester, or London) will cost a small fortune.
Avoid this company. There are other similar companies that advertise as UK shops but when you investigate as I have as a result of this experience. Beware!!

Absolutely diabolical the dress they advertise isn’t what they send.. not Manchester.. china!! And they know it’s too expensive to send back, so offer 20% off and you can keep the dress, as if I want it, totally disappointed, these people are conning us ..ADVOID.. false advertising

As previous reviews. The dress I ordered was nothing like I expected, huge, poor quality, weird smell. I have been offered to keep the dress and they will send me another one, free of charge. When I declined that offer they offered me a 20% refund and suggested I could donate the dress. All the time talking about keeping a low carbon footprint. And why I have to pay to ship the item to their Asian warehouse when the parcel was posted from the UK I don’t know. Not giving up yet. This site is a con, DO NOT BUY!

Avoid at all costs
I received a coat from this company, it was nothing like what they had advertise. Poor quality. On contacting them for a refund they kindly informed me they are an eco friendly company will not be able to receive the coat. If I wished I could resell the coat and receive 20% back from themselves or pay for the return to there warehouse in China. Doesn’t make sense as they are not really carbon footprint friendly.
Would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from this website to shop local as you will receive better quality in the merchandise and customer service

Dress was not as shown in pictures on…
Dress was not as shown in pictures on web-site (no pockets and different shape). It had an awful smell!! I was told it is too expensive to return as I had to pay to send it back to Asia. I am going to pursue a refund as they are not complying with UK Law. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Shocking
Shocking. The dress looked nothing like the advertised one. It also stank of mould. When I tried to return it I was told the shipping costs to return were almost as expensive as the product and I was offered a partial refund. So I got an £8 refund on a £38 dress. Don’t buy!!
