I reflect what everyone else says about this company. DO NOT use.

I was under the impression the company was based in Manchester, that's what their website states.

After 2 weeks from ordering I contacted them to get an ETA, the response was fairly quick and I was told it was being shipped from Asia. I questioned this and said it's supposed to be coming from the UK, she gave me some speil about saving costs etc....

After a month it arrived, way too small, way too long and awful cheap material, nothing liked advertised.

I contacted them to say I wish to return it and I am not shipping it to China as that would be half the cost of the dress. I was told to send pictures, well I'm not sending her a picture of me in a dress that doesn't fit, I have more self-respect.

Surprise, surprise all communication has ceased and I am lumbered with an awful dress.

Yet again, DO NOT use them.

Worst scam in the world. Don’t buy from them. They promised to refund me and never did.

Avoid these people at all costs. The quality of the clothing is substandard, there return policy is horrendous as they want to over charge you on postage then the item gets stuck at customs and you are then out of pocket for the items being returned plus the cost of the return postage. !!!!!!!

What they sell on the website is not what they deliver. Instead what you receive is insanely poorly made and cheap dress (if you can call it that). It is the cheapest of the cheapest fake fabric. It is horrible. I through it straight in the bin. As I assume I will never hear from them again. Lesson learned!

This is a scam. What arrived is certainly not what was on the photos. Quality was shocking

Bought for my wife, shapeless, poorly sized awful material. Asked for a refund they said it was $20-30 postage. Joke of a company, avoid avoid avoid

ZERO STARS! DO NOT place orders with this company. I've spent £38.00 reduced from £100 for a dress made out of shower curtain material. Compared to the picture advertised on instagram what turned up was a HUGE disappointment. Order placed 30 December 2025 only Received 20 January 2026. So definitely not coming from Manchester as they advertise. WHAT A CON! I wish i had read reviews before purchase.

I bought a dress that took forever to arrive! When it finally did, it was such poor quality, cheap fabric, nothing like the picture! Annoyed with myself for not researching them before buying! AVOID!!!!!!

As other reviews have mentioned, if I could give NO stars I would. Ordered a dress, supposedly reduced to £39.95 from £100 and what arrived wasn’t worth £3.95! Cheap, badly made tat. They wanted photographs of the said diabolical dress, all of which were provided and they offer 15% refund because they don’t have a manufacturer in Europe so it’ll cost a lot to return. They are a scam seller and wholly disreputable. Avoid at all costs.

One star is one too many for this company. DO NOT order from them at any cost. I too ordered the maxi dress and what has arrived is absolutely NOTHING like it. I have never been as driven to write a review as for this in the hope that no-one else gets duped.
The item is garbage. Cheap shiny thin material - its disgusting and I too will be reporting to Trading Standards.

I too ordered the Olivia maxi-dress which on the video was a flowing item of clothing. Today I received a polyester item which is shiny and has a white interior. So disappointing.

I spent all my Christmas present money on X3 items from Ivy & Sophie. They have finally arrived today and they are AWFUL - cheap material, totally shapeless, sizes are wildly different. I am so annoyed at myself for being scammed - I never buy from Shein etc as I take issue with the quality and the conditions for workers in which they are made. I really thought I was supporting a local business in Manchester - not shipping disposal fashion from China.

I am going to try my best to get a refund and I am also going to report them to Trading Standards

The Olivia maxi dress looked amazing in the photos, good quality and colour with details I liked. Ordered it and it took a long time to be delivered. I dont think its come from where its stated Manchester. The dress has one small cheap looking label on it that gives the size and where its made....China. The dress is not made of the material shown in the video's/ photos its cheap polyester. Its missing alot of the detail that is shown in the advertisement. Details I liked. It really is a dress thats worth around £5 or £8. Please do not use this company. I do think its come from shein because in delivery correspondence Shein came up in the information. I have learned from my mistakes but hopefully will help others not to make the same one. Im not even going to try and get a refund due to reading some of the reviews already. I must remember to check out trustpilot first .

Zero stars. The product doesn’t match the photo. Fabric is of extremely poor quality, certainly not worth the £100+ it was originally priced at. Now Ivy&Sophie are not responding to my emails asking how I can return it! So disappointed

It would almost be comical if I hadn't sent £40. Dress was for my wife, look amazing online. Basically got a sack with buttons 3 weeks later from China. Good if you like expensive Chinese potato sacks.

I don't really write reviews but really felt I had to,do not waste your money !!!! I ordered a dress,looked amazing on the video,took for ages to arrive ( although it's stated that they are in Manchester that is not true it came from china.... ).
The dress was nothing like what I had ordered,such cheap see through material, sewing terrible,I paid £29.99 it was not worth a £5 in a charity shop !!
Tried to find email to return,when I did eventually get hold of them & demanded a refund I got " You can return but have to pay the postage to china . Please do not shop on this site ,I should of looked at reviews 1st,lesson learnt

I’m not usually stupid but can’t believe the item that turned up. The cardigan looked good on their website but it is appalling. Not well made but the worst thing is the size they sent. I’m a 12 and the cardigan was even too big for my friend who is size 16/18.

scammers, their products are rubbish, the quality is zero, they have no customer service, they ship low quality items from china and their adverts and website do not reflect the absolute abysmal quality of the clothing they supply. you dont offer FULL refunds,onlyu partial refunds with expensive return costs to china, they dont have any of the customer service advertised on the website, and in the small print their website says they are not responsible for the wording on the site, which gives them the ability to lie and get away with it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF 🤬

Dress doesn't look like in the picture. It really looks like a shapeless sack, different colour. It is not possible to place a review on their website. I was expecting that it would be coming from Manchester. But when I found out that it was from China I knew that it wouldn't be great.
I think this company doesn't exist, especially from 1997 like it says.
I forgot to add that it has a horrible smell
