As with other reviewers, ordered an item, didn’t arrive despite getting notification that Evri had delivered. Contacted them on several occasions, no replies. Credit card company gave me the money back. They contested my claims, then it went quiet.

I think you only have to look at the reviews to make a decision about this company.

Ordered an item which has not been delivered after several months and we have contacted the seller without any joy.

We contacted our bank and they were able to put in a disputed payment claim to refund the money.

To our surprise JulesRoche have disputed this claim! I’m not sure what evidence they will have … it will be interesting to find out.

Ordered gloves 2 months ago- never arrived and emails to them bounce back as undelivered. Do not use this company

Ordered a xmas jumper 11th December, had nothing but some utter crap "tracking number" yeah whatever. Received nothing and no replies apart from another email stating it had been delivered. It hadn't. Ended up contacting credit card company and got money back. Now the cheeky bastard has even challenged my claim back off my credit card! So looks like the scamming twunt is probably gonna get my money anyway 🤬

This company is a total scam. They send fake tracking and you receive no goods. I am trying to claim back through my bank but the company are arguing it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

As with all the other reviews, money taken from me but no delivery of goods, no contact despite my frequent attempts. Total scam company. DO NOT USE. Have reported them and and will place as many VERY negative reviews as i can. These people should be locked up.

Could everyone who's been scammed into thinking this website is real, selling real items please report it to the following link found on the NCSC website - report scam website.
There's no guarantee it'll be removed, but if numerous people do the same hopefully they'll work quicker!

I placed an order, they charged my credit card - then nothing. I have contacted them by email and left messages on the number given - no replies. It has been three months now - do not use them!

Do not order from this company it’s a complete and utter scam! Order a pair of gloves costing £30.00. I have not received them despite sending numerous emails. Totally ripped off of £30.00. How the hell are people getting away with this they should be shut down immediately

I ordered batteries 6 weeks ago & they never turned up. I wrote to them twice since and received no replies. Does the company even exist? Under no circumstances order anything from them!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered almost a month ago, Says 1-2 days processing and 4-6 for delivery. I have emailed several times and no response. Tried to ring and nothing, just rings out. Order tracking on shopify doesnt give details but when you click on the website track order then it says it was delivered. I don’t have the goods. I have tried to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction due to goods never received.

Do not order anything this website is a scam. I placed an order and paid for it but they didn’t deliver the item.

Same as the other reviews, order never arrived and no response from customer services.

Ordered and never receive it the order link is fake I will be trying to get money back from my bank.

Omg i have just seen reviews after i ordered i got emails about my sleeping bag said will check tracking and sorry for delay they sent this email then said tracking said was delivered inside my porch which i have closed all the time and i was at home that day , nothing g had come and now no emails it’s a scam DO NOT ORDER. DO NOT ORDER! Less than a star!
I placed an order and got an email a few days later with tracking info from China. I tracked it for a few weeks and it never changed status. After a few weeks, it did change… every time I now click on the link, it asks me to download something. I emailed them to ask where it was and no reply. I emailed them again no reply. I requested a refund via my bank and they allegedly disputed it!
Still no product, still no tracking, still no email. It’s been nearly 8 weeks.
