Got a tracking number from China for a pair of slippers - when it entered the UK it was linked to a Royal Nail tracking number for a multigym in a different county. I know this because I just received the proof of delivery photo…

Awful that they are still up and trading.

Ordered a jacket, says it was delivered but still haven’t recieved it.

Looked legit - isn't!, I placed an order with these people early December. Their website states shipping within UK by Royal Mail. Was eventually given tracking details as if coming from China and for Evri to do the final stint. I chased the delivery before Christmas through the customer service email and did get a response from someone saying to get back to them if it still hadn't arrived in a few days. Needless to say, I contacted them again several times and received no further responses. I said if I didn't receive an update, delivery or refund by 13/1, I will be contacting my bank. I contacted the bank to report them and on 14/1, I received an email from Julesroche.com with new tracking details stating it had been shipped from China to GB etc, Evri received it etc and then Evri's website stated it had been delivered on 20/1. It certainly hadn't been delivered but I was unable to trace the tracking at that point because the delivery postcode where it was ordered to didn't match the postcode they had obviously put on their system. My bank have sent me a refund but I see these scammers are still up and running. Taking our money and not delivering the goods. Very disappointing. Avoid at all costs.

Fake UK number. Money sent and kept Ordered boots. No response to emails NO answer to phones. Says it was delivered. Fake company.

Ordered a jumper. Never received. Never received a response from customer service.

Ordered some slippers on the 6th Jan 2025 as a birthday present. They weren't cheap £26.00. Delivery within 4-5 days. No update on shipment which is shown as China however company stated they were a UK business. Checked expected delivery date 5-6th April 2022?? No contact from company. I wished I had checked out their reviews before I purchased. Avoid at all costs,

I have an update - after receiving no response from Julesroche I got an email 20th Jan 2025 saying my package had been delivered to my "safe place" The only problem was the "safe place" was somewhere in Lisburn Northern Ireland. Tricky I live in Greater Manchester. I just assume the whole thing is just a scam from start to finish.

They take ur money and just dont give u anything. And then ignore you.

Same as everyone else, took money, no product sent. No response to enquires, emails, no refund given. Will charge back with bank.

Not a real shop, a scam. Website looks legit. Isn’t. Uk mobile number. American registered address. Not based in uk like stating. Ordered clothing early December. Again, promised it would be shipped. Now, silence. Money lost unfortunately. Avoid at all costs. Sneaky sneaky little bugger.

Ordered a Christmas sweater on 7 December to wear on…you guessed it…Christmas! It is now 31st December and nothing arrived. Website says 4-6 days delivery. BUT, as others have said, this website turns out to be another drop-shipper from China. Interesting thing is, they responded to my chasing emails when there was still time before Xmas and promised a refund if it didn’t make it in time. It didn’t make it and they have stopped responding to any emails. Reporting them for fraud with my bank to recover my money.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Same as everyone else has said, ordered with them 12 days ago, said when ordering would arrive within 5-7 days but had nothing! Tried to contact their customer services via website & email several times but no response. Tracking number does not work either! Will be doing a charge back with bank as soon as they are back open.

Ordered 11 days ago and no parcel or updates. Contacted them via the website and no response. Apparently they ship from the UK but my package is coming from China which I wouldn't be bothered about if it came on time. Can't even track the parcel properly as the link they use is very basic. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Despite saying on their website they ship directly from the U.K. they indeed ship from China. 10 days since ordering and the tracking provided says it’s yet to ship from China. Avoid!!

So far a bad experience simply because they state all shopping is exclusively within the UK and takes 5-8 days.

It’s been 5 days already and only just got the notification that it’s been shipped FROM CHINA. So no chance of this arriving in time for Xmas.

Even if, by magic, it does arrive, the rating will stay the same because of the lies on their shipping terms.
