Please read the reviews. This is a scam company reported to the police.

SCAM - DO NOT buy from this company, they take your money and provide a fake tracking number. Currently trying to get my money back via the bank.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Obviously a scam company. Ordered gloves, received confirmation email. Received tracking number which didn’t work, they said they have delivered but nothing received. Unfortunately I didn’t see these reviews before ordering.

Scam company take your money then no order arrives and no communication avoid at all costs

UK mobile number, but business address in Miami, avoid at all costs.

No communication from seller, inaccurate delivery times, should be shut down.

Would give zero stars if the option was there. Didn’t receive my item, claimed to have been delivered. Cannot get in touch with them at all. Definite SCAM! Do not shop there.

Order placed in December for Christmas present. Still hasn't arrived. Royal Mail tracking says delivered to N. Ireland (I'm in Essex!). The correct address was on the order acknowledgement. Emails and phone calls ignored. Either severely lacking in customer care, or downright criminal activity. Order at your peril.

I ordered a dressing gown never received it. Emailed this scam company telephoned them nothing... very angry they can still do this after all the comments. Have reported this to my bank.

sadly can’t giver zero stars, total scam, ordered heated gloves as a gift wasn’t cheap, never arrived, despite numerous emails to them no reply, have now gone through bank to get refund, shocking company should be shut down immediately so no one else gets scammed

Scam company, ordered from them, get an order confirmation with tracking number which wants you to download an app. Total scam nothing ever arrived and no reply to emails or phone calls. I usually look up reviews of companies first but didn’t for this one unfortunately as I was rushing to get the order in time. As soon as I did after not getting any response I can see everyone else has said the same. Scam Do not buy.

Scam, made out goods [heated gloves ]were from America they weren’t it was China one tracking number says partially delivered another tracking number says evri awaiting parcel contacted bank through my app and a refund was received within minutes

Yep I have been scammed to … slippers ordered 15th Jan tracking on Apple Pay says delivered to secure porch . There isn’t a secure porch ! Not delivered at all .. wish I had found this page first and looked online reviews .. chargeback started

Utter Scam
Ordered goods, all confirmations received including a tracking number.
Goods delivered to Northern Ireland which us nowhere near where I live.
Website and phone number no longer working so chargeback with the bank it is!

Ordered heated socks, everything looks legit until you get tracking number which has bizarre steps, first alerted when it said they’d tried to deliver and I was in all day, then that safe place (porch) had been selected and this wasn’t me.

I’m guessing I’ve lost my money, but will try calling the bank tomorrow.

I just wish I’d checked these reviews first :(

SCAM WARNING.
Claims to be a UK company, but is not. My payment went to Miami, my goods were, apparently, coming from China. They never arrived. I've been had!
