Reliable Delivery and Great Prices! I wouldn't hesitate to use again!

The lamp itself is exactly what I was looking for and is decent quality.
The experience of buying and receiving it was poor.
I purchased the item but had to call up to ask for a confirmation email. Delivery was scheduled for a Monday but it was delivered on the Sat before- to the wrong building. The concierge refused to accept it but DPD recorded it as delivered and then took it away. It then appeared 4hours later at the correct address - but only the base of the lamp was delivered.
I called to ask where the rest of the lamp was but was told the lamp might be
sent in two parts because if it’s size but there was no information about if this was definitely the case and when I could expect to received it. I was told to wait 3days and then email If it didn’t turn up. Thankfully it did but so much unnecessary hassle for something so straightforward.

No instruction leaflet in the package so I had to rely on the website video. Took a while to realise the head would tilt as this wasn't shown. Also black washer shown on the video was missing.
Positive points, the lamp looks good with a filament bulb, with a gold glow that makes the room look cosy. I overcame the problems and am happy with the result.

Easy to navigate website with lots of light options to choose from. Really happy with my purchase. My downlights are of great quality and matched the colour shown on the website. Dispatched and delivered really quickly would definitely use this company again.

Not a good experience. As soon as I ordered, I cancelled within the same second. However, they came back 6 hurs later saying it was too late because the parcel was already in their way. Only Amazon is great at receiving a cancellation when you have just literally placed an order. They should learn from big companies. The worst part is that it took ages for my parcel to be delivered and by the time the parcel was going to arrive I was out of the country. But the worst thing of it all was that, when it took so long, I checked why and I realised that this is a company based in Netherlands. With the doman ´co.uk, I assumed you were in the UK. It is misleading. I would have NEVER order my lights from another country. That is why delivery was super expensive, and that is why the parcel took ages. But the fact that you didn´t let me cancel the order when I tried after one single second of ordering, that is what makes me think that your customer service is absolutely terrible. People in the UK, you should order from Amazon.co.uk. No hassle, no overpayments, no problems at all.

Sorry I intended to give you 5 stars but clicked the wrong key. We are delighted with our lantern, and waiting for the electrician to install it.

Great choice of products and great prices! Everything looks exactly as shown on the website. I'm very pleased with my order.

I had two parcels delivered and, for some reason, they arrived three days apart, despite being despatched on the same day. Packaging excellent though!

Parcel is being held at DPD NOTTINGHAM DEPOT. No options on what to do. Horrible service. DPD

The glass is very thin and not secured well. So first evening with a bit of wind and one of the frames broke, wasnt even a strong wind either. No chance it would survive a winter in any porch.

I’ve bought multiple light fittings and bulbs from Lampandlight. The products are of the highest quality, the lead times were short and the delivery via DPD was extremely reliable. Excellent customer service and a 5 star customer experience in all respects. I shall be ordering again.

No attempt at delivery - yet the tracking service says my lamp is being returned to Lampandlight. I am hoping I might receive a response by this means as there has been no response to my email. Your reviews look good and so it is possible there is a rare error on my order - please contact me.
