Beautiful lamp Good description. Good communication on delivery. Minor detail, the UK adaptor plug does not fit over the European plug. So will have to buy one.

No option to cancel, unclear limitations of products and when emailing customer services I received 0 responses to 3 emails. Dreadful if you need support.

Delivery was swift
Delivery was swift, light was well packed and looks great. I like that a bulb was included. I can't give it 5 stars as not yet installed.

We are currently experiencing some delays due to the holiday period, but we are working hard to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible.
I can see that your order is currently being packed. As the order was placed as a pre-order on 14/09, the items were not immediately in stock. The good news is that your order is expected to be shipped today.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Delivery to the UK usually takes 2 to 5 working days after shipment.
