So far I have 14 of the qazqa lights outside and inside the House. Soon to be adding 5 more. L and L continue to have a great selection and this particular light is contemporary and absolutely gorgeously minimal looking

Somehow my address got messed up in your system and the already incompetent dpd (in my area,East London)couldn't work it out even though they deliver here regularly) , so I had to call them to persuade them it was my parcel and try to get them to try and deliver it again. I tried getting though to your customer service but they were busy every time I called.
I will not be purchasing anything from you again and will tell who is thinking about ordering from you not to.

The quality of this product is extremely disappointing. It looks and feels very cheap and does not match what I expected from the photos and description.

During assembly, simply tightening the screws caused the paint/coating to peel off. This clearly shows how poor and fragile the finish is. The coating does not appear to be durable at all, and the overall construction feels cheap and poorly made.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I expected a much better-quality product, but unfortunately it looks more like a cheap imitation than a well-made lighting fixture.

Problem with order and no one responding to emails or instagram messsges

So easy to order and WOW what amazing fans have bought 3 now they have been a godsend with this extremely hot summer and not we’re not thinking of getting air-con now thanks lamp and light

Product came faulty but they sent a new one next day and sent return labels etc with no questions

I purchased a floor lamp but to my disappointment it arrived with an EU plug. I contacted lamp and light
but they never bothered to even reply to my emails or social media requests

UPDATE
The company has now emailed me and they are sending me an EU to UK adapter so I’ve changed the star rating

Well made product. Looks great.
Delivery courier left one of the 3 packs at their hub but that was delivered the following day and that’s not a reflection of lampandlight as they use a reputable Distribution Parcel Delivery company, it’s more our local branch.
So thank you for a great product.

Not seen the order yet but you have taken my money ages ago. The problem is DPD - why do you use such a terrible company? They just do not deliver the goods paid for. They have not been near our house(despite saying that they could not deliver (its just blatant lies as we were in when they were supposed to have been)- when is the delivery going to occur?

Liked the look of the shade. Lots of pics and info to help in the decision to order. I rang customer services and got some useful information.
All of the lighting in our hall, stairs and landings is Lamp and Light. We like them.

Delivery was supposed to be on 11th August. It was moved to 16th August. Cannot do a review until I receive my order.

While not directly lampandlight issue but the package delivered by DHL was in very poor condition. We took pictures just in case. Once unpacked the fixture looked alright so we went ahead and installed it. It wasn't until it was hanging from the ceiling there is a noticeable bow in one of the horizontal bars. Don't know if this was from transit or the factory.

Very easy to use bargin price for the fan light only took 3 days from ordering , well happy

Good to take your money and send the goods, zero after service when you want to return some goods. Online process followed and absolutely no contact whatsoever. No way of speaking to anyone. Please get your order right or you could lose your money. Disappointed.
