I ordered these lights on30th July and…
I ordered these lights on30th July and I am still waiting for them. I was not aware they had to come from Holland and pass customs. I now have bought alternatives and already fitted them. I still don’t know when your lights will arrive. They will go straight back and a refund requesterd. I have had to pay postage and no doubt refund postage. What a waste of time and money!

Regarding your delivery, once the carrier will attempt a delivery you're able to reject the parcel meaning this will be returned to us without any additional fees! Prompt service
Prompt service. Bought a dozen recessed wall lights. Found two to be damaged. Contacted lamp & light and had warranty replacements within 2 days! excellent service! would definitely recommend!

Product not arrived
Product not arrived! Delivery scheduled for 30th July and still waiting on 6th August. Tracker says parcel at customs in Netherlands! Not very helpful. Online report form says up to 5 days to respond… helpful that! Annoyed!

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Would have given 5 stars but the Bronze coating on the ceiling lights bought were more ‘Brown’ than Bronze. However, still nice.

Excellent ceiling fan with light and useful features…
Excellent product and all the features work really well. Other supplies said that they had dimmable lights, when I checked they were not. Six speed fan with reversible option that lowers the output, dimmable light and colour temperature change options. Easy to install for this type of product.
