Great price, service and communication. The lamp was delivered very quickly, and I am very pleased with it.

Had a gazebo built and wanted something that would reflect the outdoor/garden vibe. Found these gorgeous terracotta dimmable outdoor lights. Arrived promptly; well packaged and they look lovely. Nice heavy quality and have had lots of positive remarks about them. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

I already have 2 of these lamps so expected the quality to be good which it is but the accompanying accessories were disappointing this time. There was a very short lead with a C type USB on both ends and then a British 13amp plug had been added to the parcel for some reason but there was no way of charging the lamp. Luckily I had already got the chargers from my existing lamps otherwise I would have been very disappointed. When I purchased originally there was a long USB cable, a European charger and a 13amp adaptor supplied. Seems a little cheapskate ???

Ordered arc lamp. Received box with just plug in one day. Next day just the base. No way to contact no reply. Just parts of a lamp useless

We made a substantial order but unfortunately packaging lacked and had a damaged lamp it was agreed to be replaced but there was a frustrating scenario with DPD returning package whilst still in Netherlands which held up our renovation and costed us in additional electrician costs I also naively ordered the recommended bulbs online all of which have caused issues with dimmer system due to being smart bulbs which need apps/ hubs to operate resulting in further costs for replacements

Great selection of indoor and outdoor lighting. Cheapest by far but not lacking in quality. Fast delivery, within 3 days!! Packaged well and 100% happy with my purchase. Not yet installed the 12 Lindby Daphne Black Outdoor lights but I held one up in situ and it looked amazing!

Review of smart ceiling fan 59.5cm incl. Led dimmable with remote control - Deniz/Qazqa

It is difficult to give a star rating as there are good points and bad points about our experience but the problems should not have arisen in the first place. We bought four of these fans to install in our home. Two in the lounge and one in each bedroom. We are pleased with the quality of the design and the functioning of the fans. The two fans which are closer together in the lounge rather than the two in the separate bedrooms work well and independently. However, both fans in the bedrooms start working at the same time irrespective of which remote control you use. This is most inconvenient as the bedroom fans need to work independently for obvious reasons. Have contacted “lampandlight” about this issue, they informed us that the fans work on the same frequency and there was nothing practical that could be done to change it. The frequency issue is not mentioned in the advertising for the product or in the handbook which comes with the fan. However, this is obviously a known problem to which customers should have been alerted prior to purchase of multiple fans. Had we been informed, we would have installed a different type of fan in one of the bedrooms. The company offered a refund on return of one of the fans and 10% off on the purchase of a different type of fan. However, this would have involved an electrician to come and remove the existing fan and install a new one. This was an additional cost that we cannot sustain at the moment so we are stuck with an unsatisfactory situation. The company also offered us 10% off the whole order but this falls way short of the necessary labour costs which would be involved to resolve our problem. It is most disappointing as this could have been avoided if the company really cared about offering a quality service with product knowledge rather than considering only financial gain. An honourable and decent firm would cover the costs of this insouciance.
One thing which puzzles me is the fact that the two fans in the lounge work independently even though I am told that they all work on the same frequency. This situation means, I presume, that these two fans are working on a different frequency. If this is the case, fans with different frequencies could have been supplied. For any customer wanting to buy more than one fan of the same type, I would advise you to check out this issue of frequency as we had no idea that we would be confronted with such a problem.
