Responding quickly. We too frequently hit the button by accident performing simple tasks like changing or moving around. It is very sensitive causing you to contact us when all is fine here. Not sur... Ver más

Last time I did a test, it took way too long to be connected to an agent......long enough that my children were contacted and emergency services. I had to call everyone and tell them false alarm. The agent had to do a reset because mine did not work. I suggested I might need
a new piece of equipment but she said everything would be OK. If I had really been in trouble, I certainly WOULD have been. I shall be doing another test soon and hopefully it will be better.

We wanted to order the wristband . We didnt want to use the necklace. She sets it off. We'll We kept the necklace because rep said just shorten the string. I hope it works

Fell at 3am pressed my button and got help by local EMT which lifeline also notified my three children.
Didn’t have to go to the hospital. Sore knees for a while.

Over charged for services in 2024 and still not refunded with 3 contacts regarding the issue.
Upgraded services and received a key lock box that wasn't needed, as we bought our own originally. We'll be charged $49. a year for box.
Plus after ordering new service / equipment we were billed for 2 months for old equipment that was received at Lifeline on 2nd statement auto draft. We're only being refunded for 1 month.

Several years ago in the middle of the night I was awoken by someone breaking into my home. I whispered into my lifeline that I was being robbed. They contacted police and my neighbor and the suspect ran from my house. I have used it more than once after a fall so very grateful it’s part of my life

I was going to subscribe to this service. However, after reviewing the 1-2 star reviews concerning cancellations, account closures, boiler-plate/canned Call Center responses to legitimate problems reported, and obtaining refunds from cancellations, I think I'll take a pass and use another compnay. Thanks to all the 1-2 star review warnings.

The medical button on the lanyard is too big and heavy.
Other than that, the service is great.
Really need a smaller, lighter, button, and a lighter lanyard.

I hit my button four times in one episode where I could not get up after falling in my bedroom, I could not get anyone to answer. The unit would turn different colors then go back to no colors. I finally had to crawl to my bed and get my cell phone to call 911.

Always been polite when testing my lifeline monthly, reliable calling my family member when needed, feel more secure having it

Is ZERO stars an option? We tried it for a couple days - was so frustrating for my parents. Dad is hard of hearing and could not understand the machine. I called - they said, “no problem.. we will send a return label. Just send it back, once we get it then we will refund you for everything. Sorry it did not work.” If only that was true - I sent it back - waited - NOTHING - no refund. I called - they said hum. We received it but it’s another department that does refunds. We will send a request and YOU call us back. So I did a few weeks later - same thing. Sorry - we will put another request in. OVER AND OVER. At this point I may never see the $460 - DO NOT use this company!! They are dishonest - they do not have their system functioning between departments to know to refund a customer. Basic stuff here. They will NOT send you an email confirmation or reach back out to you. YOU will have to keep trying to get your money back.
