I purchased a property through…
I purchased a property through Mackenzie Smith and was pleased with the service provided, particularly by the sales progression member of the team who oversaw the purchase. I was kept up to date with progress and found him helpful and informative. He was keen to progress the sale and managed to help keep all those involved in the loop and moving forward in a positive way, despite any delays.

First time seller - excellent service throughout
Selling a house was something I’d never done before, so having the right estate agent really mattered. From the start, it was important to me to have a consistent point of contact and regular updates, and McKenzie Smith delivered on both.
I worked primarily with Steve Tetlow for the sales side. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and took the time to explain the process and terminology clearly, which I really appreciated as a first-time seller. When it came to setting the price and negotiating offers, I had complete confidence in his advice. He was always honest and professional, and while he offered clear guidance, I never felt pressured — the final decisions were always left to me, which I valued.
Once the sale was agreed, the progression stage was handled by Adam Partridge, who was equally helpful, keeping me informed and ensuring everything moved forward smoothly.
