Top class service from Andy Travers and the whole Lettings Team who let my apartment on the very day it went on the market! From start to finish they were efficient, charming and executed the paperwork smoothly and expertly . If you are a landlord or a tenant you can rely on Andy and his team of fabulous people. I would highly recommend this agent over all the others in the marketplace. They are polite, very good at their respective roles and keep you informed at all times . We recently sold our house through Mackenzie Smith. Despite the difficult market, the guys at the Farnborough branch really seemed to pull together to do everything they could for us, adjusting the listings regularly, doing viewings on their way home after they had finished work to work around our schedules/circumstances.

They really cared about getting our house sold, but also wanted the absolute best for us and offered great advice based on years of experience in the industry. David frequently called me just to catch up, let us know about industry developments, and what they were doing to navigate that. Resulting in us selling our house after receiving multiple good offers.

Once we had sold Adam over at the Ash Vale branch took over for Sales Progression, and I cannot stress enough the impact he had on pushing this sale through, catching up weekly to let us know what blockers there were and what he himself could do or we could do to push through them.

We purchased our house through Mackenzie Smith seven years ago and had such a positive experience that, when we started considering selling at the end of last year, they were our first choice.

From the outset, they gave us honest, fair advice and didn’t overpromise, which we really appreciated. The whole process felt straightforward and well managed, and our house sold within 10 days with a number of offers on the table.

We had hoped to buy through them again too, although unfortunately that didn’t quite work out. Even so, the exchange process was handled brilliantly by the sales progression team, who did a lot of chasing and kept us informed throughout.
