Ash Vale Property Sale
After a slow start in April 2025 selling our property, we finally secured a buyer in November 2025. We did enlist a dual agent for the last few months, but our original agent pulled through in the end. We understand it was a challenging market in 2025 and Mckenzie Smith remained calm and professional at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend or use again if we move again. Our sale with Mckenzie Smith and purchase with another agent completed in around 11 weeks and communication was good throughout this period.

Experienced sales team plus full time progressor
Communication was quick and accurate at all times, from initial engagement right through to completion. Having a full time sales progressor was a huge positive, with someone always available when the sales team were busy on appointments. House Sale
We have just sold our house in Hook using the Mackenzie Smith Branch led by Mark Wilson.
I cannot speak highly enough of him and his team. He gave excellent and realistic advice on the market and therefore the value of the house and quickly assembled a range of potential buyers.
Having selected a buyer, he helped drive the process so that we were able to Exchange in quick order and with the minimum of fuss. Moreover he was always prepared to go the extra mile and was very quick at returning calls and actioning points.
For a process that is normally pretty hideous, he made this house sale remarkably pain free. Thank you!
