Despite significant delays and lack of communication from the solicitors involved, Simon went above and beyond to keep the process moving forward. He kept me fully informed at every stage and did everything within his power to ensure the sale progressed as smoothly as possible.

Following his departure we were brilliantly looked after by the WONDERFUL Katherine Gray, Land Director. When we reached the end of our tether she held our hands (and what was left of our tethers) and she pushed and pulled until we got over the finishing line. All the while with great humour and professionalism, such a winning combination. Proof positive that when the chips appear to be down you need someone you can trust, and just generally 'get on with' in your corner.

Twelve years ago I bought a property in Farnborough as a buy-to-let investment and elected to go with Mackenzie Smith to run things as a fully managed let. Turned out to be an excellent decision. The lettings team have done an amazing job, sorting out repairs quickly and effectively, ensuring everything complied with legislation and quickly securing new tenants as and when – a superb service. More recently time came to sell the property and the sales team at Mackenzie Smith have delivered similarly excellent service, providing great advice, actively monitoring the sales process from beginning to end and applying gentle pressure as and when needed to keep things moving along. In summary, my experience is that both the lettings and the sales teams at Mackenzie Smith have set the standard for what top quality professional service looks like.
