Excellent service from start to finish
Nick and the team at Mackenzie Smith in Ash have been outstanding throughout our entire move. They genuinely go the extra mile and stand miles apart from the more volume-led estate agents out there. They’re consultative, they listen, and they truly understand the whole process.
It’s not just about listing or selling a property — the real work begins after an offer is accepted, Nick and the team were superb at guiding us all the way through to exchange. Their support, communication, and persistence made all the difference. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Sale experience with Mackenzie Smith
We talked to a couple of estate agents for a no-obligation price estimate for our house. The guidance and expectation given by Nick was very professional and knowledgable of the current market situation.
We were lucky to find a buyer almost immediately at a price that suprised us (in a good way).
The whole process was well managed with good levels of communication. I know that staff at Mackenzie Smith worked hard behind the scene on our sale and facilitated communications for our onward purchase which is above and beyond their remit. We cannot praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone.

Firstly we would like to say what a great team the Farnborough office has.
