The middle of October I had to activate my call to Life Alert The EMTS responded in record time and took me into Emergency
The Doctor that was assigned to me told me I came in at the right time
I carried Life Alerts telephone number with me for two years and finally made up my mind after my 91st birthday I m so glad I did

I don't like that you take too long to respond. It beeps too many times before a live agent gets to ask you if you need help. The response should be in less time. It takes a good 5-10 minutes before a live agent comes on the line.

I was having a reaction from a pill and was violently sick. I must have hit the button by mistake but your representative was speaking to me and asking questions, At this point my neighbor was here and she spoke to your rep. They called the paramedics which came right away gave me a shot, brought me to the hospital . My blood pressure was 200/100 so it was a very good thing I had my Medical Alert!, I was released later that night but thank goodness I was taken to the hospital and your rep called me. Thank you!!!

I fell recently and was able to call for paramedics who helped me up and into the house and my favorite chair.

They did a good job but we also experienced the phone call. Three of us thought it was a scam number. Is there a number we can put in for a first alert so we know it is not a scam number??

Requested info by email but got repeated telephone calls including one high-pressure sales call I answered by mistake.

Ordered this for my elderly mom. She had a fall, pendant with fall detection, didn't detect anything. Smashed her forehead, ended up in the ER with stitches. Pendant was not in her pocket, or inside clothing. It was fully charged. Tried to cancel service both on support chat, as well as phone call. Still not resolved after 2 weeks of trying to cancel service.

I have been over charged several months and then charged for equipment they said that wasnt returned but later found it. I have not gotten the refund for all the over charges on monthly service and for the returned equipment. I have talked to the company 3 different times over an hour each time going over everything!!! It still has never been resolved. It has been almost a year now.

I went into AFib, pushed my alert button and emts were here and in in 5 min. They had already contacted my son and took me in to ER where I was admitted.

Ordered the three pack of different colors. The pink ones had the front and back mixed up so I put them on the wrong way the first few times and finally figured out that they were printed backwards. The gray are better and the black are the best, but I will not be Buying from this company again because they’re product. Reliability is poor.
