Very good price for a very good product and very speedy delivery.

Order made on 13 Dec, still not arrived or had any dispatch notice by the 31st despite enquiring by email.

Unfortunately I can’t give any higher as product never arrived and communication was none existent.

Jumping the gun just to get a review.
As things stand how can I judge a service when I’ve yet to receive the items I ordered from you !
Maybe you should make sure someone has received their delivery before asking how well they think you’ve done !

Such a great company to deal with, fantastic customer service and so incredibly courteous. Ordered a number of things from them. One item I had mistakenly ordered (a shower mixer with 3 outlets instead of 2 - my mistake) they arranged for a courier to collect it and refunded me promptly. I cannot stress how exceptional and courteous Max and his team are and what a pleasure to deal with this company is. I don't often write reviews but really wanted to on this occasion - I highly recommend this supplier!

Please avoid at all cost. Order was not delivered after two weeks, was not able to provide any delivery date. Will never do any buisnes egain.

I needed an update on progression of my order, and have not been able to get ANY response to emails or messages on their website.

Rang and spoke to someone to make sure my order is cancelled, but I have still had nothing on emails to confirm the cancellation and my credit card has been charged yesterday apparently.

Have emailed to request immediate refund and (surprise surprise) have had no response back on email.

I'm not wasting any more time on this - if the refund hasn't been done by Monday I will just call the Bank to have a chargeback done.

All very frustrating and could perhaps have been avoided if these guys just learnt how to communicate with their customers!

Update 06/08/2023: Pleased that it looks like my card has now been refunded, although still zero contact from the company!

Absolutely first class service and advice given over the phone. Placed the order at approx. 5pm on Friday evening and it arrived by 1pm on the following day. The installation was very simple (even for a 'non-DIYer') and the speed of service was brilliant. We'll know who to contact again for any of our bathroom supplies.

A great experience all around, the products were dispatched and delivered very promptly, all of great quality, as described. I could not recommend enough!

Can’t fault the superb customer service received from Max & Klaudia. Kept me updated re an overseas order (Toilet cistern part) and Max was even kind enough to pop it round when it arrived. A real gent. Will definitely use again.

I was really impressed with mybathstore! The shower was the cheapest I’d seen anywhere online and it arrived really quickly! I also had great customer service from klaudia when I emailed them (as I ordered it over Christmas so just wanted to check to see how that would impact my delivery date). I was a bit wary due to the reviews on here but can honestly say that I’m impressed. 😁 they have some really good stuff on their website so I’d highly recommend checking them out if you’re after good quality bathroom stuff.

Terrible customer service. They also trade as E Trade Bathrooms on ebay which is where I ordered 2 shower kits online back in jan for a self build. My plumber did the first fix in Feb and in the last few weeks started the second fix, only to find that we’d been sent the wrong shower trim (1 way instead of 2 way) so it was unusable. After multiple attempts to contact E Trade Bathrooms via email and E-bay where I bought the product from, I’ve had no luck in getting the right part sent so I’ve had to buy a duplicate part elsewhere, leaving me significantly out of pocket. AVOID because if anything goes wrong, it won’t get fixed!
