Poor service is all they are about !

Really bad service from max, I tried to order extra items to the order and he told he hasn’t got time to amend the order as he runs 3 other businesses and he never got back to me regarding my original order, whilst withholding my money for over 2 weeks and in the end I had to get a refund through a external way😳

Hans Grohe Shower System.

I purchased a complete Hans Grohe shower system from my bathstore. Communication was a little sporadic probably due to the Easter Bank Holiday weekend?
The shower arrived about a week after purchase.
The shower looks very nice but we are still waiting for it to be installed. We have purchased the same shower a number of years ago and have been very happy with it!

Need to co-ordinate delivery schedules

Product was exactly what I wanted at a good price, especially as I couldn’t find anywhere else. However, 24 hours after placing order I got confirmation from DHL that item would be delivered next day. Shipment was delayed but I was not informed of this and had to chase up - all unnecessary if a realistic delivery date had been set and DHL site was maintained accurately. Overall good experience but really need better follow-up when orders placed.

Useless!

The order took three weeks to arrive, all items apparently were in stock.
The toilet seat is missing.
Tried emailing but with no response !
Would be nice to have a telephone number to call!

Sincere apologies for the delay in delivery of your order.
Please review the details of your order; you have bought just the wall hung WC without the seat. The V&B code provided with the product is 5684R001 and it is just the wall hung WC. The title of the item also suggested 'suspended toilet' with no mention of the seat. The deal we offered for the V&B Rimless WC was £174.57 which is a super-low price and seat could not be included within this price.

Item still not received

Item still not received - have emailed DHL who never received the item. Emailed Bathstore 3 days ago but no response yet.
Very poor.

Still waiting for my order.Tried to email you but it would not go through. Ordered a bottle waste trap KLUDI 320mm chrome finish order no 3969/190224/52.

Disappointed

Prior to placing an order I have got in touch with the store to check if item required was actually in stock and how long will it take to dispatch it. I have been reassured that required item is available and will be arriving within 10 days after purchasing. After being reassured I have placed an order only to receive an email a week later to inform that due to unforeseen circumstances item will be arriving a week later then initially agreed. Fast forward another week and I am still waiting on the item to arrive. Very disappointed and have a feeling that I have been sold an item that was not in stock.

Hi Rory
apologies for the late reply.
As you have noticed there is a delay with your order for which I'm sorry. Your product is on '10 days delivery mode' as it needs to be brought for you from our European warehouse.
There was a mistake in packing due to a similar product code; as a result a different item arrived. I notified the warehouse and they are correcting the error, the new delivery arrives at the end of this week. We will dispatch on Friday or Monday morning, subject to what time on Friday delivery arrives.
If that helps I will refund you postage fee

Non appearance of order

I ordered parts for my toilet on 11th December, through PayPal, as I hadn't received them, I sent an email for clarification but received no response from them! I raised an issue with PayPal & received a full refund today!!
Cowboys I'm guessing!!!
Beware????
