They said they would refund money that stolen out my account and I'm still waiting for it when I call I'm told it be sent and to wait for it that was a week ago please don't trust them avoid at all cost I will be taking legal action against them please don't trust them

I was contacted by Mr. Shayan regarding the booking of international flight tickets. He was extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout the process. He was very polite and made a great effort to find flight options that suited both my needs and those of my parents, while also offering a very good deal.

Unfortunately, my father was later diagnosed with a serious illness, which forced us to cancel our travel plans abruptly so that he could begin medical treatment immediately under the care of a medical team. Mr. Shayan kindly assisted by coordinating with the customer care team to help manage this situation. As a result, the company offered to issue a credit voucher for future flight purchases, valid for up to three years.

My consultant Armaan, spent a long time with me to secure flights for my party. He was pleasant, polite very patient and willing to explore multiple options to meet my requirements. Armaan understood my concerns about certain options and quickly sought alternatives. Thank you Armaan.

So my experience was a nightmare. I had to book a flight or lose my money. I booked a flight that the agent messed my dates up. So they send me a email with the flights ect but foolishly didn't check the date on the email, just my name and dob, after 20 minutes of making the wrong booking I phone up, and explained my dates are wrong. So they email the airline, with knew dates. I explained, this needs to be done within a 24 hour period or I won't be entitled to a full refund. Completely assured it will be ok, not to worry. We will sort it out, me explaining, I get that but flight prices rise all the time, again told dont worry we will sort this for you. Completely assured it would be ok. So I left it. Phoned once a day for a update but nothing.

So after 4 days they get hold of the airline and tell me its gone up by 400.... so angry. So this went on 3 days arguing this isn't right. Aside only paid at thie point 100 I said, as I requested my 100 on the first day, can I just get my refund. Absolutely not, its over the time period. Im livid. So I went ahead and paid 910 for a flight currently with thai Airways for 730. So they agree to compensate me 350 in vouchers, but these vouchers without telling you have condition that they dont tell you about. So before I agreed, they agreed to be able to change these vouchers for cash after 8 months, so ok, I thought thats fine. Make a note.

So once I receive this voucher, there are 3 conditions on them. They don't tell you these conditions before you accept this voucher. But as we agreed with them and the airline they can be exchanged it was fine. So basically ignore the letter and phone in 8 months time. But as there are conditions, I wanted something in writing saying these conditions dont apply to this passenger, they can be exchanged because I dont want to in 8 months time, having to again have a huge discussion as we already have done about my refund. When you lose trust, trust needs to ne earned again, abd by that, I wanted something saying I can get a refund for the full value.

They are completely ignoring my request. Completely shutting me down. And alls I want to it is writing. Very very lovely to you until you book something, very reassuring until they have your money.

The customer service isn't what you think with after care.

I just want a letter of acknowledgement I can get a full refund after the time has passed.

I tried to find a flight ticket company who allowed me to pay by instalment to Philippines for December and I find this mydreamfligt.co.uk who after I messaged them they called me right away and suddenly they had a very good offer from a flight that I didn't find it ( before contacting them I had a judge research on the flight platforms ) . And they trick me to pay 100 £ deposit for the reservation to not lose the flight, so I paid, after many days of asking for bookin reference so I can check they finely give me one that didn't exist, after around 3 weeks of talking with them and the flight company ( Emirates ) they did a booking on my name and that one was available for 2 weeks, after that they canceled. After this they called me and say that because the flight company don't accept the instalments anymore and I need to pay in full the amount of 650 left from 750 the price of that ticket, I say that you can't do this and if you cancel the deal I asked for my deposit because I don't need they service, I can buy a ticket in full by myself, and they keep insisting to not cancel and they give me time around 2 months to pay in full the ticket, Arman he even say to send money in his account and I say no way. Each time I need to reply to his email like a confirmation that I'm agree to continue with them, until in one day they add a text in the emai that was not there before and where is saying if the flight company will cancel the flight they will find another one more expensive and you need to pay extra, ( once the deal is done and you paid the deposit is staying like this ) . And after I read more reviews on trustpilot I noticed that all are say the same , 5 star or 1 star say the same story, that in the last moment the company cancel the flight and they payed double for the new ticket. Now is your choice if you go or not with them but 💯 are scammers, I already start take legal action against then just to show them that enough is enough. Scam , scam, scam

I had an issue with missing arranged time to book. I was dealing with an agent by the name of Armaan. He was very helpful, he managed to rebook my ticket for the same price and shorter travel time albeit a little sooner than anticipated. He was very helpful in a time of stress. He managed to reassure me that it was all fine and then proceeded to show me other flight times that was available. Thanks.

The travel assistant, Rabia was extremely helpful. She was ever so patient and caring. She ensured that we got the best deal for our flights. Once our tickets were booked, she remained in contact and provided excellent aftercare. I would highly recommend using this company.

My experience with My Dream Flight was extremely disappointing and felt like a scam.
I was told that my flight had been reserved, and to secure the booking I had to pay a £100 deposit. The remaining balance was due on the 17th of November, and I was asked to call them at 9 AM that day.
At first, everything looked legitimate. They sent me a booking number and a link where I could log in and see “my reservation.” However, after a few days, the link stopped working and I could no longer access anything. When I asked the agent who handled my booking (Rabia) what was happening, she claimed that “sometimes airlines refresh their systems,” so I didn’t worry too much at that moment.
On the 17th of November, I called as agreed—four times—but nobody answered. Later, another lady called me back asking if I needed help finding a flight, as if they had never made a reservation for me at all. I explained that my flight was already booked and I was supposed to pay the remaining balance that day. She asked for my details again and told me to send my passport so they could “finalize the booking.”
Shortly after, yet another woman called saying everything was ready and I just needed to pay the rest. I asked for a payment link because the line was very bad—then everything stopped. No link, no message, nothing. When I asked what was going on and mentioned that this looked like a scam, suddenly a woman named Rania called to apologize and claimed the airline had cancelled my flight. This was only 30 minutes after they told me everything was fine!
They then tried to offer me different flights—much more expensive and on completely different dates. It was obvious they were not being honest.
I asked for my deposit back. They offered to return only £30 in cash and give me a £70 voucher, which I refused. I made it clear I didn’t want a voucher because I would never use their services again after being misled like this.
Thankfully, I had paid with a credit card, so I reported everything to my bank and was able to get my money back.
I want to warn everyone about this company. I do not know how they have any good reviews—most likely they are fake or written by themselves.
Be careful. My Dream Flight is not trustworthy.

If you read one review, let it be this one. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the mental gymnastics this company put me through were unbelievable. I hope I can save others from the headache I went through.

I first spoke to a lady named Rabia, who helped me book flight tickets. I paid a deposit to secure the booking and was told the final payment would be taken 10 days later. When I received my confirmation email, I noticed I had been charged for extra luggage, something I was never asked about. I called back and requested it be removed. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and that I would receive an updated confirmation shortly. Hours passed with no email, so I followed up, but got no response for days.
When I finally reached Rabia again, she reassured me everything was fine and that they were just waiting for the airline to confirm the luggage removal. She said it would be sorted before the final payment date.

A week passed with no update, and with only a couple days left before the final payment, I called again. This time I spoke to a man named Neil josef (not sure on the spelling). He immediately spoke to me in a condescending tone, telling me all I needed to do was send an email to “regenerate a new booking” and that Rabia would call me on the due date to take payment. I politely asked why Rabia hadn’t told me this earlier and why the luggage issue still wasn’t resolved. He told me I was being “difficult” for asking a simple question and insisted everything would magically be fixed once I sent that email. Despite feeling disrespected, I went along with it because I urgently needed to secure the tickets.

The final payment day arrived. I was told Rabia would call me at 9am. At 9:30am, after no call, I called and was told she would contact me within the hour. By noon, still nothing. When I called again, Rabia herself answered and acted as surprised as I was. She then told me there was a “problem with the flight” and that all tickets for that flight had been cancelled, so I would need to rebook. After 10 days of being told everything was fine, I was stunned.
I asked for the price of the new tickets. The original quote for five people was £4000. She now told me it would be £6000, a £2000 increase in under two weeks. At that point, I had completely lost trust and asked for my deposit to be refunded. She then said I “might not” receive a full refund and kept trying to persuade me to let her find another booking to “regain my trust.” When she realised I wasn’t going to agree, she cut me off and hung up. No apology. Nothing.

I’m a 26-year-old eldest child working 60+ hours a week to support my family. I don’t have time or energy for this kind of back and forth. For me to take time out of my already packed schedule to write this review speaks volumes. Luckily, I paid with my credit card so I am able to get a refund through my bank. I just wanted to take my parents and younger siblings back home for Christmas and now i’m back at square one. Beyond disappointed and truly hope no one else has to go through what I did.

Update: since leaving my review couple days ago, I asked one last time about a refund they then refused to refund my deposit unless I delete this review. Mind you, my deposit was £300!!
This is the type of company you’ll be dealing with. I will tell you for free, many of these reviews are fake to inflate the overall ratings. Given this beware, and deal with them at your own expense.

This is an excellent star rated service by Armaan , I have never experienced such an amazing service.
