They lie about prices on their website and get call centre agents to badger you over the phone and via whatsapp to sell you more expensive flights. Avoid.

[Edit] Since writing this review and reporting to the comparison sites they advertise on, i've started receiving threats via whatsapp. I've contacted the police.

Armaan was very considerate and helpful. He understood what my requirements were. He ensured I got the best deal. Although the process took long but the booking was done smoothly. He has the best customer care and very professional.

AVOID - Sell you a flight, take a deposit and when you contact to pay balance, flight no longer available. 4 hours on phone being offered alternative flights that didnt meet my requirements and at extra cost. I requested a full refund of deposit and expressed my disatisfaction and was told they would only give me a voucher as a refund if I emailed accepting the refund but as the didn't want my opinions I was unable to write anything about my complaint or concerns. Lost additional money on booked airport parking and transfers and unable to travel now as flights to expensive. Will be persuing through my bank and trading standards. So annoyed with myself for not reading all the true reviews, got taken in by what are clearly false reviews😡

This is a Pakistani theft company, please avoid, no professionalism at all, very rude staff, and they are quick to take your money and start looking for tickets that are not available. And when it is time to refund your money, the story starts. Please go directly to the airline or a more reliable and professional travel agency

All the bad reviews are absolutely true. Don't ignore them. A lady called me and offered me a nice return flight with a good itinerary to Ghana at a good price. She said she will put her reputation on line and will get me a refund if I don't get the flights. She really pushed hard to get the deposit of £210 from me (£70 for each of the 3 passengers). She asked me to pay balance the following day at 9am. I
called at 9am the following day but no one picked the phone.I left a message. I called again at about 09:15 . They denied I have called till I challenged them to look at their phone logs. They next said the flight is gone. Airline has cancelled return flight. Over a period of 2 weeks another lady and a gentleman suggested exorbitant priced tickets that I cannot afford to me. The itinerary/flight schedule s were bad and the airlines were not the best. I continually asked for a refund of my deposit but they will not refund my deposit to me. Luckily, I paid with a credit card My credit card company managed to get the money back for me. Not much time to say a lot but most of the bad reviews are VERY TRUE/CORRECT!!! Not sure about all those good reviews. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY
