We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm that the contents you received total over £36 in value, which is well above the £15 paid. The jewellery items included were all part of our regular collection, and we also added a hair scrunchie as a free gift, separate from the mystery box items, as a kind gesture.
As stated in the product description, mystery boxes contain a random selection of products. While we do our best to create a beautiful and varied mix, we understand that not every selection may suit everyone’s personal taste. However, we can assure you that all items included were brand new, unused, and meet our standard of quality.

I scrolled through and found a gorgeous pair of cherry earrings! Very pacha for my Ibiza island lover! Ordered and they came today (14th May, mine & his birthday) They are gorgeous, I will treasure them! Thank you Nabi London!

Not received order even after three weeks
Ordered item on the 4th of March and still not received it over three weeks later. I've contacted them several times but it's not been sorted and now asked for a refund.

This was a really nice and pretty ring…
This was a really nice and pretty ring that I adore, even still I like it. Unfortunately the ring is super delicate and I thought it was would last me more than a couple days upon receiving. The green stone that was the leaf part of the ring popped off and is now missing. I knew buying it that it was delicate and dainty and I love dainty jewelry but this was a disappointment. I’ll still wear the ring but only because it was expensive.

Unfortunately my ring arrived with a…
Unfortunately my ring arrived with a missing gem, but since when I reached out to Nabilondon I didn’t have the original packaging for the ring and no gem was in the bag with the ring I’m not able to get a replacement. It’s unfortunate because the ring pictured is absolutely beautiful and after paying $85 for the ring I have something I’m not able to use. I also never wore the ring before noticing the gem was missing as it’s actually too small for my fingers. 🥲
