50 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone i guess they hope you hang up. They organised my home charge which arrived 9 months before my car and is only has a guarantee for 12 months. Not a great company previous company far better customer service

The whole process was very quick and efficient with lots of communication along the way to keep me up to date.
For sure 5 star to NHS fleet,
Excellent service all round! Good and clear communication both over the phone and via the website. The delivery service was excellent and very professional.
The only suggestion I would add is to please make brochures available for all vehicles, so we can be more aware of the full specifications.
Delivery was prompt and i was kept updated all through the process

Great service on the phone, great and consistent communication via email..answered any queries I had promptly.
Agent called the day before to confirm delivery time. Online chat service was also responsive.
Delivery was on time, again great communication from the driver beforehand and on delivery. Was patient with my checks before signing the paperwork and gave general car chat- he seemed to know the Cupra quite well. It would have been nice for him to go through some basic functions with me e.g how to turn the car on (I asked before he left, 2)functions on the smart screen 3) functions on the steering wheel and how to change them (understandably this was a 3rd party delivery service and not Cupra direct).
Ohme Installation again was seamless through Fleet. They send an email link quickly to direct me to the charger website and I followed all directions through them. Consistent communication through home and easy to work with them.
Like fast food, but for cars with 3yr contracts!
It felt very much like a self service. No direction on what options you have, it's almost too easy, you're signing up to something massive through clicking to confirm the quote and this orders your car. No communication following agreement, just a process update like dominos delivery have (but slower obviously).
The company they use to deliver sent a link to track my vehicle on delivery day - but I couldn't open the link, they said I need to ask fleet, fleet said I need to ask them so i just waited like a lemon all day.
The car arrived and the man delivering it was superb. He showed me all I needed to know. He was super friendly, wasnt in a rush and didnt get annoyed at my questions about the car.
He was only informed of my delivery on the day he delivered it, once he'd finished his first delivery so it was a bit all over the place behind the scenes too.
Since that, I have heard nothing from fleet to check I'm happy, to confirm all is in order... nothing.
Very odd to have such a lack of communication with such a large financial contract. I have no idea how smooth it'll be to service it etc.

The process was easy and smooth
The process was easy and smooth. The information needed to make a decision was clear and I felt fully informed. Any helpline calls were efficient and professional with low wait times and the overall process from start to finish was very easy, clear, smooth and professional. Highly reccomend.
Overall a great service
Overall a great service, I do y think this is directly related to the fleet solutions service and probably due to logistics, but we ordered the car with what were were told was a 3 month wait lead, so we timed this with the end of our existing private lease, which ended in February, we chased the order of the new car regularly, we did not receive the car until May. In between Feb and May having to source a car for work travel etc, but of a nightmare! We were told the car was stuck in the port in Bristol for around a month as there were not enough staff to complete the safety checks upon the cars arrival to the UK.
