Help

Had my charger fitted Wednesday and the fitted stated that the electrician needs to put earth. This has been done. Although it is still out of service

Great service provided

Great service provided, when waiting for a car it can take a long time without communication & of course dates change constantly for delivery. This is my second car and it happened with both. One was a special offer & the other wasn’t. For example my car was due in February but I didn’t actually receive until May. Luckily they allowed me to keep my current fleet car until I received the new one so grateful for that.
Everyone I’ve always spoken to is friendly & helpful.

They have good deals BUT Not the…

They have good deals BUT Not the easiest to deal with. Very disorganised - short staffed - poor communication and phone customer experience!!

People are still going with them not by choice but by chance as that is what the hospital have signed up for.

NHS Salary sacrifice

Fantastic service throughout the process. Was kept up to date with estimated delivery times and delivery day was a breeze. Absolutely love my new car and would 100% recommend this service to anyone who has it available to them.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service.
I have been ignored for the last month after flagging x2 problems with the car.
Where is the customer support?

I wanted to try fleet solutions - after being told it's a quick, easy, and good service. This was a lie. Or have I been unlucky?

Story -
Ordered a car in August, waited over a month to be told the car was leased to someone else instead of me - I had to call the company every week to find out what was going on.
Customer service appeared apologetic, but what can I do....
So I swiftly ordered a car that they said would arrive in December, and I was promised it would arrive at the end of December. I had to call Fleet Solutions every 2 weeks to find out what was going on, and kept on being told it would arrive the following month...
Repeat January
Repeat Feb
Repeat March
Repeat April
Suddenly, the car is ready in April, I was told the car needed repairs. Why didn't anyone tell me that? Why did it take 4 months when it was advertised for Dec. If I had been told that it was going to be delayed, I would have either picked another or bought one myself.
Customer service was apologetic every time I called, and would say they would get it sorted for the following month. They either blamed everyone else for the delay or didn't know why it was delayed.

Addition.
The CUPRA voucher, which was meant to come with the car.... didn't arrive, I again had to prompt them to send it.

20th April, I flagged x2 issues with the car.
1. The display monitor is wired incorrectly and shows the passenger side airflow is on, when the driver side is on, and vice versa.
2. The car keeps disconnecting from the charger in the evenings and not charging with an error saying low-voltage discharge. Suggesting a problem with the batteries,

I have had no assistance/advice for the above two problems, and flagged it a month ago.

Solutions -
1. Pay the rental car invoice from Dec-April as you kept promising that the car would be ready before it actually arrived.
2. Fix the issues with the car instead of ignoring me. It's been over a month, why have you not actioned this already?
3. Provide a courtesy car during the repairs, at no cost....

I had a newborn, and you knowingly left me without a car for several months. An NHS service for hardworking NHS staff.
I have been completely let down, and I am quite disappointed and equally frustrated.

Not a smooth process like others have reported.

Update 30/05/26 - fleet solutions has still not attempted to contact me to resolve the problem with the car.

Quick Delivery, Great Selection of cars

I had read a number of reviews prior to choosing a car through NHS Fleet solutions so was a bit apprehensive about the whole process.

From start to finish the process turned out to be very straight forward, the car arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition. I have been using it for a few weeks now (VW ID3) and love it.

Communication and updates were helpful throughout and I cannot fault the service so far.

NHS Fleet solutions are impossible to…

NHS Fleet solutions are impossible to contact by phone so accessing any kind of after care is a nightmare. The last 3 times I've needed to contact them I've waited over 30 mins and never ended up getting through to someone.

The choice of vehicles and prices were…

The choice of vehicles and prices were great, easy to set your mileage for the term of the lease and regular updates provided in respect of expected delivery date and time. My original delivery date was unfortunately cancelled on the day due to the delivery driver reporting sick but was rescheduled for the following week to fit in around my shift working

“Good experience overall with NHS…

“Good experience overall with NHS Fleet. There was a slight delay getting through on the phone, but communication was clear and the car arrived as planned on the last day of the month. So far, very pleased with the service.

My only feedback would be that clearer guidance on servicing for a new car would be helpful. I’ve emailed to ask about this and I’m still waiting for a response.”
