Experience was great from start to finish, I contacted relevant departments when needed, they was always helpful. The only thing which I was a bit disappointed about was that when the car arrived it was very dusty, streaks on the paint work where they had not rubbed the wax in. which meant me having to go to the car wash and get it washed which I was not expecting to do for my new car.

The delivery service was incredibly smooth. The staff very polite and professional. The handover of previous car was excellent too.

Ordering process was quick and easy. The delivery of the vehicle was arranged very quickly and on a date that suited me. However, the car arrived dirty and without car mats. Plus there was plastic that I had to unwrap from the vehicle, which should have been done when the PDI was done. The locking wheel nuts for the car were just thrown in a plastic bag with the car manual, which made it dirty. Overall, the ordering of the vehicle and admin side of things were excellent, but the experience was no so good when I received the vehicle.

This is my third car through NHS Fleet Services and the team are always so helpful and responsive. And when you phone them you get to talk to an actual person who deals with your enquiry and resolves it.

Easiest car purchase I have ever done

my brandnew car was delivered on time in excellent condition. The driver gave me a basic tour which I found very helpful. I cant be happier

Vehicle arrived on time, the delivery driver was very informative, friendly and polite.

I felt the communication could have been better with more regular updates on my vehicle. I was given a provisional date and one week before expected delivery I was then told it could be another month. I understand things can be held up but I feel if i had not emailed I would not have been offered any updates.

As part of the agreement I took the charging station, which was assessed and when the engineer revisited told me it could not be connected as it required further work. This should have been picked up on the pre-assessment. I am still without a charger which two independent electricians have told me could have been completed without the requested work.
Overall, pretty frustrating process.

Only slight snag was when all insured drivers weren’t listed on the account due to a technical glitch
