Brilliant and smooth from start to finish

Excellent service

The whole experience via NHS solutions has been great. Easy to deal with and contacted them once about my application and was a great interaction. The delivery driver was a lovely bloke dead chatty and helpful.

The only negative I have, which isnt NHS fleet solutions themselves is Pod Point they dont provide a good customer service experience.

However NHS Fleet solutions themselves are fantastic.

Excellent service, co-ordination between the different lease providers with one car picked up and the other delivered with minimal input and stress from myself. Only issue I had was with timeframe for delivery, but that is with the manufacturer and not NHS fleet solutions. Always had excellent support and service from Fleet Solutions.

Car was supposed to arrive by April. Poor communication overall. Arrived the 8th of May.

Process was easy and hassle free and I was kept up-to-date with the progress throughout.
A choice of delivery dates were made available and the car delivered without issue.

Good services and fast processing

I ordered my car in November and it has only just arrived. I appreciate there were delays but there was absolutely no communication to me about any of them and the updates from the dealership were generic and offered no explanation. When I chased Fleet Solutions they did manage to get information out of the dealership but it was very hard to get through.
The car itself is great and the service in terms of fitting the electric charger was great. It is a shame such poor communication marred what was otherwise a good experience.

The communication between the dealership and NHS Fleet Solutions was very poor to non-existant, the car was three months later than planned and it took lots of calls between the me and the dealership and then with NFS to get the car delivered. The car had apparently been there for a long time with no action.
The NHS Fleet Solutions website is next to useless in helping with delivery, it's also not mobile friendly with loads of errors.

Human answer the phone and guide me through the process.

It was easy to order the car, they have a wide selection of cars that they offer, they have a step by step guide on how to order the car.

Good communication every step of the process, very fast turn around, I received my car within 3 weeks of application

Everything was perfect I was given dates and times for delivery, all worked out well and i am super happy with the car :-)

Easy process was ending a contract and entering a new one the slick transition of the same day return and delivery was brilliant and all staff where very helpful
