Good and very smooth experience

Good and very smooth experience. The vehicle came in stock after a month of estimated delivery but that may not be under Fleet’s control. Overall nice !

A really positive and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

The whole process was very straightforward to follow. The application process was clearly laid out and easy to complete. I liked that there wasn’t very much I needed to do to move things along once I’d completed the forms - it mostly progressed in the background so made it pretty stress-free.

The communication throughout was very good, including arrangement of the delivery. The only slight improvement would be around when there was an issue with my initial application once it got to my finance department. I was told there was an issue but not what the issue was. The message said my quote had to be recalculated but it didn’t tell me what the difference was (they looked identical to me), and once I resubmitted I didn’t hear anything at all until the delivery - so I wasn’t 100% sure if my resubmission worked. But overall this wasn’t a big issue for me - just a suggestion for improvement around some sort of communication to clarify application in progress would have been good.

Most importantly, I totally love the car! Thank you. Overall very much a positive experience that I would recommend.

Hassle free process

From start to finish its been such a smooth and hassle free process i cant fault NHS fleet solution's. They delivered my car sooner than expected, they were flexible in terms of when i requested delivery. My charger POD was fitted prior to care arrival. Car was brand spanking new. I really cant fault the process from start to finish. From order date to completion it was under a month. No regrets.

overall it was a good experience

overall it was a good experience
but it can be better if the some terms of the agreements are made explicitly clear. for instance not being able to get a vehicle on the 36months lease if you don't have a contract that extends beyond 36months. Also getting an accurate update of delivery times when you request for one. my updates would say my vehicle would arrive in June whereas it arrived in April.
The car delivery process was smooth and the car was in an excellent condition.

Awful, Simply Awful Experience

NHS Fleet Solutions describe themselves as "proudly managed by Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust – meaning you are not just our customer, you are our colleague."
They even say their mission is "#ColleaguesFirst".
That is not how I felt after trying to resolve an issue, caused by no fault of my own. I felt like I was bullied by 1 of these "colleagues" and dismissed by another.
Awful, Simply Awful Experience.
Please read reviews elsewhere before deciding whether to commit. I wish I knew what I do now

Pathetic customer service and endless unexplained delays

I strongly advise avoiding Fleet Solutions. I ordered a car with them in early February, only for the order to be abruptly cancelled in March without a single word of explanation. When I had to ring them to find out what was going on, I was told the cancellation was "purely administrative," that the paperwork just needed reissuing, and that the car was still available and almost ready.

That turned out to be completely false. Since that phone call, the car has been delayed a further four or five times, pushing the delivery from April all the way back to late June—again, with zero explanation provided.

The customer service throughout this entire ordeal has been, frankly, pathetic. They offer absolutely no proactive communication. You have to constantly chase them down, only to receive a dismissive, five-word response that just pushes the date back even further. There is absolutely no common courtesy, and no one at the company takes any accountability for the mess. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

UPDATE: Fleet Solutions said on 18 May I would be contacted. No contact has been made (8 days later).

I am extremely disappointed with NHS…

I am extremely disappointed with NHS Fleet Solutions and feel completely let down by the way this situation has been handled.

I looked after the vehicle exceptionally well throughout the lease period, and there were absolutely no scratches or damage to the alloy wheels when the car left my driveway. At the time the vehicle was collected, I was in South Africa, and despite NHS Fleet Solutions being adamant that the car had to be collected, no proper handover documentation or signed inspection report was left with me.

The collection company simply drove the car down the road and loaded it onto the truck. Then, four months later, I suddenly received a bill for £492 claiming that the alloy wheels had been scratched. This came as a complete shock because the car was in perfect condition before it left my property.

What has made this even more upsetting is the way the matter has been handled since. I have repeatedly tried to explain my position and provided evidence that there was no damage while the car was on my driveway, yet it feels like I am just going round in circles with no proper escalation process or independent support available. I have even been threatened with debt collectors over charges I genuinely dispute.

After researching further, I have noticed other people reporting similar issues after returning vehicles, where damage claims suddenly appear months later. That is deeply concerning.

If this were in the private sector, there would at least seem to be clearer consumer protection or an ombudsman to turn to. Instead, it feels as though NHS Fleet Solutions believe they can get away with treating customers this way without accountability.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience so others are aware and make sure they document absolutely everything during vehicle returns. And I have been talking to NHS Fleet services continually for a year as I did not damage the vechile when it was on my driveway and their own report is signed by the person that picked up the car saying there were no damages or scratches to the car but then 4 months later receive a letter stating I must pay. I have provide all the information but they still not happy.

Delivery arrangement was not good at…

Delivery arrangement was not good at all. Being a shift worker i couldn't make some of the delivery date options that i was given despite explaining my situation and telling them my availability. At one point i was told that they could leave the car at a local drop off point. I was also told that they could drop off the car at my workplace. Honestly how was i supposed to drive 2 cars back home or be expected to leave my shift to go and sign for the car. I don't think it's an experience I would ever want to go through again or encourage anyone to go through. It go me in tears because I couldn't make it on the delivery days that I was given.
