It took nearly six months for the car…
It took nearly six months for the car to arrive. While that was not the fault, or at least I don't think it was, of NHS Fleet Solutions, there was virtually no proactive communication or feedback. I was left to constantly chase, to be told guesses of when it will arrive.

Great van for a good monthly price
The monthly price for the car is extremely reasonable, which includes, insurance servicing and tyres, compared to what it would have cost on PCP outside of a salary sacrifice scheme. Our VW ID Buzz GTX is fantastic. Delivery and service from Kinto, who actually provide my car, has also been top notch. My only minor gripe is telephone and email response times from NHS Fleet Solutions for aftersales care, namely for putting my cherished number plate on the car. However, I would not hesitate to use NHS Fleet Solutions again.

Using NHS fleet solutions
Choosing a suitable car was easy with the fleet solutions web site quote system. Ordering the quote of choice simple. Updates at the different stages of approval were provided. They managed everything for me through their website.
Survey for the Ohme charger installation was promptly carried out with a link provided to upload details. Ohme charger Installed with no issues.
The car I ordered wasn't from stock so wait time for delivery was 4 months. Delivery was well organised.
Now to enjoy the new car!

All is fine until the car has a…
All is fine until the car has a problem. I have had a flat tire driving on the mortorway. It took 8 hours to be recovered 70 miles to my home addres and 4 days for somebody to come and replace my tire!

The process was straightforward but...
The process was straightforward for the "special offer". It would have been 5 stars if the first order (a car not on special offer) was not requoted a few times. Delivery was quick and the person who delivered the car was friendly and was able to answer my questions about the car.

Car has arrived and delayed multiple…
Car has arrived and delayed multiple times by PodPoint - the contactor by Fleet that installs the home charger - I still have a 6 week wait for installation.
Car hand over from Audi was seamless - there was a chip on the car that I reported at time of collection, this was supposed to be fixed soon and have followed up again with Audi team.
Ordering car was straightforward.
