Deliver take way to long. Also order status is not updated

I have great experience with Anyorganics and they are my Number 1 choice for baby formula.
Fast shipping, secure packaging, discount codes, good prices.

Fast shipping and package was in good shape when it arrived.

Slow Delivery. I ordered from a different company that sent the same kind of items from the same country almost a week after I ordered from Anyorganics. I received both shipments on the same day. The other company was also cheaper.

Great product, great service.

Shipping took way longer than I anticipated. There are other companies that sell the same products that deliver within 1-3 business days.

Also, I ordered three boxes of formula. One box arrived opened and the package was punctured, so it had been exposed to the open air for an unknown amount of time. I didn't feel comfortable giving the formula from that box to my child, as there was no way to know how long the package was open or what it had been exposed to.

Speedy delivery. I gave 4 stars because the cans of formula weren’t packaged well. They were bent and damaged by the time they got delivered.

Bought the Hipp Dutch baby formula for the first time through this site. Arrived promptly with no issues! For a great price too! They told me it was non irradiated too!! My new go to for formula!!

Holle Goat Formulas are the best and this company it is not far from this. They really take care of the customers. I had a problem with my first order that was taking long and Rod responded to me and was very kind.
This is my 3rd time buying from them and I haven't had any problems, they are shipping fast, but of course you must expect there would be a time-frame from Europa to America if you live in United States.

They also have good sales and discounts!

About the formula, it is true quality formula, my baby loves it! Easy to digest and to mix!

Product was fine, as advertise. But, it was not transparent that product was to ship from Europe, which mean a very lengthy delivery period.

I got not response to an inquiry on shipment, and the Dutch postal service tracking system was slow to measure progress.

Have several orders under my belt - they are a wonderful company who supply the best products. I am in the US and products shipping from Europe are surprisingly quick! Plus you can track your deliveries online, so no guessing. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a moth ago and still haven't received my formula

Was told our formula would be coming from the US in 7-10 days. 1 month later we still don’t have it and they are refusing to refund our money. Skip this company, there are many others out there.

Nothing personal against the company because I really like the distributor a lot. But it’s been a month and our formula is still not here. We had to scramble and buy replacements for holiday travels, and I also ordered just enough to take us to 12.5 month when we plan to wean our baby off formula completely. I believe we will have extra now. Customs is out of their control but frustrating nonetheless.

I am updating my review. The company issued a full refund and was VERY apologetic. They said the label was correct on their end and cannot fathom how it became incorrect. I cannot go higher than 3 stars as we have never tried the product, but the customer service I would give 5 stars to.

Our order was never received. I bought this for my grandaughter. The Shipping label should have been addressed to USA-Garden City, MI, 48135 and it is addressed to USA-Boston, MA 02205! Totally incorrect. It is correct on our invoice though, so how does this happen??

If your baby needs food, how can you trust this? It was a recommended service, but I am not conviced.
