Just received my smoking cat pajamas and I can't tell you how amazing they are! I want to wear them everywhere. Just love them! Was skeptical ordering but so glad I did! I'm keeping the two pairs I got, but I am definitely gonna order these as gifts moving forward… They are hilarious but the pajamas are so comfortable… Luxurious

I needed help with my order because I urgently need these pajamas for an upcoming party. After following up, I was glad to learn that the order is already out for delivery. I guess I’ll receive the pajamas soon, and I would be happy to become a repeat customer if you could arrange to expedite the shipment.

I am a repeat customer of your brand and have already purchased over 20 sets of pajamas. I prefer a mix - and - match style, so I wonder if you sell the pajama pants separately so that I can puarchase only the pants?

We placed a lot orders, 3 arrived, 2 are still in transit, we said to the customer service Grecia,and she said the rest orders will be delivered this weekend, hopely I can get the rest in time since they are gifts. Thank you, Grecia.

I didn't read the shipping policy when ordered, the same as other comments, it took around 4 weeks to get mine, but I will say that if you look at their official shipping guidelines and timelines, you will find that they are fully transparent about their lead times.That says, I am quite satisfied with the pajamas, though it arrived a little late than my expected.

Not even 1 Star worthy. I had a similar experience to what many others shared. Pajamas came late and were not at all like the photo. Blurry, cheap quality ( with shipping $58+. When I tried to make a return, Customer Service disappeared. Now I am stuck with pajamas I will never wear. Stay away from this company.

I purchased it on 1st Dec, and it took 22 days to arrive. I fortunately got it before christmas!

The pajamas arrived fine but didn’t fit. I followed the return policy and sent the company an email. Never got a response, so I followed up. No response. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered pajama on 11/28/25. Company lists an AZ address and phone number. The phone# does not work. Received email with tracking info. This company is in China. There were regular tracking updates. Last one stated it was delivered to my local post office on 12/24/25. Expecting it to arrive within a few days. Of course post office unable to track Chinese Wanb Express track#. Disputed charge on CC 1/5/26. Pajamashere refunded 1/6/26. In the end at least they did the right thing.

My package, a Christmas present for my daughter was seized by USPS for counterfeit postage. I have reach out multiple times with no response from them. Live and learn

Awful experience start to finish. The product FINALLY arrived, of course after Christmas. The colors are not even close to the picture, the phone number never works, Customer Support is poor and only answered one email. Product takes forever to ship from China. Keep your money and NEVER purchase from this bogus awful company!

Terrible service! Rip Off. Ordered 5 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. Finally got a tracking number # and it says it will arrive by the end of January.
Ask for money back and to cancel the order, and no reply.
Everyone should contact the State of Arizona Attorney General.

I ordered a pair of pajamas for Christmas (on Dec 5th) and still have not received them. It is now Dec 26th. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times with NO response. DO NOT purchase from this company! I should have read the reviews FIRST!

Took them almost a month to ship my order and I still haven’t received it.

I ordered on 12/3 and have yet to receive my order. It is 12/24! I have called them multiple times and sent numerous emails with no reply. Super frustrating.

I've written to customer service three times, no response; written on Instagram, no response; called them, no response... After more than three weeks, my pajama still hasn't been shipped. The worst company ever.

Ordered 3 matching Christmas sets on Nov 26 and it’s Dec 23 and still not here. Spent over $150. Phone number disconnected. Customer service email will not respond. I’m so sad and disappointed.

I call the customer service and receive voicemail. I email customer support and get no response. My item has been awaiting shipment since December 13th 2025. Today is December 23rd 2025.
