Awful! Awful! Awful! I wish I would have paid attention to reviews prior to ordering. I never received my order and am now fighting to get my money back. Do NOT order from them!!!!

The inseam on my pajamas tore the first time that I wore them. They were not too tight, they were a perfect fit. Just came apart at the seam. Very disappointed, especially for what I paid for them. They were to be my Christmas pajamas. Should have read reviews first.

I am disappointed with the quality of the pajamas, which are not made of silk as expected. The prints are also blurry, leading me to suspect that they may be knockoffs. Furthermore, I have experienced difficulties in contacting customer service, and the shipping time has been unusually long, taking around two months. Given these issues, I had considered returning the item, but the unresponsiveness of the customer service has deterred me. I have decided to absorb the cost of $130.00, as I believe this to be a clear case of bait and switch tactics.

Ordered pajamas on December 1. As of today (December 17), they still have not arrived. When I posted this on the add for Pajamashere on Facebook, I was contacted by the company. This is what they stated:
According to our shipping policy shown on the site, Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-7 business processing days before shipment for the in-stock items) + Shipping Time (8-15 business days after shipment). Shipment is in normal transit, you will receive your parcel within our expected delivery date, please allow some more days for the parcel to arrive.

So, my daughter will be lucky to receive her "Christmas" pajamas by Christmas. After reading these reviews, I'm not even sure if it matters if they are as poor of quality as those have stated.
My advice: Don't do it!

I ordered a Hazbin Hotel advent calendar from them, but I only received keychains without the advent calendar. The keychains also do not look like the ones shown in the pictures. For 40 dollars, this is a rip-off.

Ordered a week ago and no correspondence received about shipping status. Customer support not responding to emails. Seeing now how many people got scammed from this company, it looks like I am their next victim.

I placed my order a week ago and it still has not shipped. I tried calling but the phone # is not working. I sent an email 2 days ago with no response. This is a Christmas order and at this rate, If they ship my order today it won't arrive until after Christmas.

I ordered three sets. Two came in fine. The third one was supposed to be a tub with two legs hanging over and an arm holding a martini. The bottoms came out fine but the top arrived with the tub but only one leg. It actually looks freaky. The colors are hideous on these pajamas. Very dark not like the photo. I cannot give this to my daughter in law. I will throw that set out and eat the $55. Also know that the order took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive.

Terrible. No response when order was wrong. Stay clear.

I never received my order. No one responded to my customer support email and the company phone # doesn't get answered. I think its a scam.

Do not order from them - the website pictures do not match what they actually sent. The quality of the material is also awful. I ordered a set of pajamas for my wife, the silk is see through and the print is 2-3x the size that is shown on the website. All of this after spending $62 on something that was shipped from China, taking weeks to get delivered. This is a sham business, do not order.

SCAM!- I ordered 6 pairs of pajamas for my daughter and her friends for her birthday spending more than $280 for the sets and when they came I was so dissapointed. Very Cheap material, very blurry print, horrible quality and the sizing was totally off. When I emailed customer service, they basically argued with me and requested that I keep the pajamas for a small refund. DO NOT order from this company! I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.

When I ordered, I had no idea that the AZ company, as listed on their website, has items coming directly from China per the tracking of the shipment. It took nearly 3 wks for the pajamas (a bday gift for my daughter) to be "delivered". I use quotation marks because the package was thrown over a construction fence around the building & marked as delivered. The door to the apartment package area was about ten feet away. Since my daughter did not climb the fence in a timely fashion, the package disappeared. Jennifer, the Customer Service rep, told me I should pull video surveillance and get written proof of not receiving the item. WHAT?? The 100+ year old apt building does not have video surveillance. In a nutshell, do not order from this company.

I ordered why I thought was good quality satin fabric for $50 and with shipping was $64 but what I received looked like a cheap shower curtain and terrible quality . When I tried to return it , it was going to cost $45 to ship back. YES I SAID $45. Do not order from here!

I ordered what was advertised as a high-quality satin pajama set for nearly $50, plus extra for shipping. What arrived was a cheap, scratchy nylon imitation that feels like parachute fabric, nothing like satin or the photos shown. The sizing is way off (a “Large” fits more like a 3XL), and the seller started bartering refund offers of 8%, then 13%, then 20% instead of taking accountability. They refuse to pay for return shipping, which costs over $60 USPS back to China, without guarantee it would even get there in the 30day period they say it has to from day it was received, after I already lost a week trying to talk to them when they o to reply at 2am when I’m asleep. Communication is truly terrible. They also in addition to replying once overnight reply with scripted excuses. This is a classic bait-and-switch scam with fake photos and false descriptions. Do not buy from them. Total SCAM.

I had trouble with an incorrect address and customer service was very responsive, made the adjustment, and I received all the items timely. And the quality, and the design are well done and just what I was hoping for.

The short-sleeved suit fits perfectly. It was a very pleasant shopping experience!

This is a scam bot company that steals art from small business owners and smacks it onto cheap SHEIN quality fabrics. DO NOT support them, reverse image search to find the artist responsible for what you like and get the quality you deserve.
