Well worth it
This is a great fountain. Love that you can move it around. Also that the cats can still use it when it’s charging, and that the motor isn’t in the water. Two thinks would make it perfect; a stainless cover and if the sensor wasn’t so sensitive causing it to turn on all the time.
Otherwise, I love it!!
Edited to 5 stars - great response from the company and I should not have taken off a point for something I knew about before buying!

Fountain is great. APP NOT SO GOOD
Fountain is nice. Cat enjoys drinking out of it. Directions were difficult to follow in spots. I had reach out to customer support. I love the idea of tracking water my cat drinks. Too bad app continually disconnects and I cannot receive this information. The app is useless without connection. I cannot get fountain to reconnect. The “Smart” Feature Doesn’t Work
The fountain itself is great. My cat loves it and it is easy to maintain. The fountain connected to my WiFi initially, but after 1 week it disconnected and will not connect again. The app does not work- it never kept track of how much water was being drunk. It was a waste of money to buy the “smart” feature.

Well my cats like it. That’s a plus. Otherwise, if I had known how sophisticated it was, I probably wouldn’t have bought it. I found the instructions confusing and where it sits, it can never connect to my Wi-Fi so I don’t even use those features. All I wanted was a wireless fountain. But we’ll just keep it charged and full of water.

The cats took to it right away
The cats took to it right away! It’s quite and relatively easy to clean. Slime develops in the white drink tray and the thing needs cleaning weekly. The print at the top in the motor with all the color coding is very small and difficult to read. Other than that we’re really happy with this thing and it makes us really happy that the cats like it.

Thanks for an easy purchasing experience and for a great product that is easy to use. The fountain works well for my young cats and it is a good height. It took them a little bit to figure it out, but they really enjoy using it now. It is quiet and doesn’t scare them and I really like the wireless aspect.

It's works, but there are better fountains out there.
My kitten was able to scrap out globs of water unfortunately. The app u
UI is not very modern and don't really work all that well. So kinda wasted money buying the app version of this product.
I ended up buying a different water fountain.....

Completely satisfied
This has been a great purchase! My cat didn’t immediately start drinking from her Pawaii after I replaced her water bowl, so I was concerned… she wasn’t sure what to think of the running water. Within a few hours though, she was drinking. Her litter box includes tidy cat litter pads so the first thing I noticed is that she must be drinking about 2-4x more water. Mission accomplished. The battery also lasts an incredibly long time.

initially, I really enjoyed this fountain and the next-gen features it offered. However, after only 2 months, the fountain has begun to malfunction and I'm unable to get the automatic sensing feature to run. This has created a number of issues with our pups and their access to necessary resources (i.e. water). I also found refilling the water fountain to be a challenge. I wish they made an auto-feeder that takes a water line and uses a stop-float to shut off the water once it has refilled.

I have mixed feelings about the cat…
I have mixed feelings about the cat water fountain. On the positive side, it's undeniably a nice-looking addition to my home. However, my experience with it left me somewhat disappointed, and I can't say it's worth the money.
One of the main issues I encountered was with the accompanying app, which seemed to work only sporadically. This inconsistency made it challenging to rely on the fountain's features remotely. Additionally, when in battery mode, it only operates when it senses movement. Unfortunately, my cat is quite stealthy, and it rarely detected him. This led to the water staying stagnant on the surface for extended periods, which wasn't ideal for maintaining freshness.
Moreover, I couldn't help but notice that my cat didn't seem as drawn to this water fountain as he is to his current one. It appeared that he was drinking less from it compared to his previous source of hydration. As someone who is meticulous about my pet's well-being, this was a concern.
In conclusion, while the cat water fountain has its aesthetic appeal, the inconsistent app functionality and the reliance on motion for operation left me feeling less satisfied with its overall performance. Additionally, the decreased water consumption by my cat compared to his previous fountain was a notable drawback. Ultimately, I'd suggest carefully considering your needs and expectations before investing in this product.
